We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBooked on line.. took a cab to site. Then told it would be another 20 for a smoking room when that's what was booked to start with. The said we would take a non smoking room . They told us that will be a 50.00 deposit cash also amd returned 2 days after check out amd deamed we didn't smoke in room. No atm for 7 miles. Then wanted to charge me 59.00 to cancel. Never again. Ended up sleeping on the street with my daughter.

United StatesMost of the surfaces looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag, like maybe used mop water was used? The carpet had a damp feel to it that compelled me to keep my shoes on - perhaps it's carpet directly on slab?
The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly which is a rare treat for me.

United StatesThis place is just nasty. Room wreaked of mildew (see pics) and even the carpet felt damp. The photos speak for themselves. (Room 206). This was my second staying at Rodeway Inn, Clarksville. The last time the “non-smoking” room wreaked of smoke. I gave Rodeway Inn a second chance. I won’t give it a third.
The only thing Rodeway Inn in Clarksville has going for it is the low rate, however, as the ole saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Other places aren’t much more and definitely worth it over Rodeway Inn, Clarksville.
