Our TV didn't work & staff was not able to fix it. So had NO TV for the entire night there. The free breakfast was so cheap and limited. Total disappointment on that part.

They do not have a breakfast. The bananas were so brown. The other food was muffins in wrappers from the gas station. No worth over $100.

The room was a decent size. Location was close to a starbucks and other fast food places.

It was in close proximity to our visit at Springfield College. Our room was far in the back of the complex so it was quiet.

There was an issue with the water. They were aware of the issue 2 days prior to my booking. I should have been made aware of this, whereas I booked Thursday 9/14/2023 and checked in Friday 9/15/2023 at 11:35 P.M. and checked out 9/16/2023 @ 9:30 . I wanted to discuss some issues with the front desk, but he was otherwise occupied with The Fire Truck I believe some form of refund is Owed to me

It shows a pool but it wasn't open. The website also shows a balcony and there wasn't one. The room and hallway smells funny

Rug needed cleaning! Tv remote not working With the make of tv !phone not working needed to call service , he showed us how to turn on tv and use tv remote!

Didn’t have ! Room needs up grades. Will look for other Wyndham hotels Elsewhere , asked about Wyndham Rewards said they didn’t have. Will stay with Wyndham in future Thank you.

Door that was supposed to be locked at all times was not locked at any time! Breakfast was horrible Juice empty at 8 am Powdered coffee mate instead of milk or half and half 1 banana left

I was given a room the was not clean property. There was splatter of food on the walls and the room smelled like someone smoked there. the beds when I checked looked like the sheets where not changed. I found an eye lash in one bed and a hair in the other one. the door looked like someone tried to get in the window screen was broken. I felt uneasy in that room so I asked for another room. I then was given another room that was a little better. that one had ketchup on the frame of the bathroom door that I ended up cleaning. the beds looked clean but when I pulled the covers their was a brown stain on the bed I always have my own bed sheets so I changed it. it is very quite which was nice and the bed was comfy. didn't smell. The “continenal breakfast” is coffee and some packaged muffins that looked old - _- never again!

For me to pay $191.73 for a night, the poor breakfast available just doesn't match the bill. Total disappointment. Broken coffee machine; cheap -kindergarden type wrapped cupcakes instead of real muffins. No cereal; no pancakes; no bread and toaster; and of course no need to have margarine, jelly or peanut butter; no napkins and utensils; no juice. A little juice machine was out of service. No substitutes.

Nice river view. Plenty of parking. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Room was well equipped: TV, work table, clock/charger, AC/heater with temp auto control, iron, dryer, refrigerator, plenty of mirrors, etc. All that said, I would suggest an upgrade on your TV (poor image quality and too difficult to read titles and lower thirds if watching from the bed). A smart TV with Alexa capabilities would solve the inconvenience.

I was never given the choice of smoking or non smoking room. The room smelled awful, toilet made very loud noises when flushed. Arrived to shower dripping, never fully shut off. Comforter had burn holes in it. Found cobwebs on the bed frame.

For this hotel to advertise Breakfast" is an advertising farce. The "breakfast" consisted of two types of juices, coffee (we found both coffee urns empty) and the breakfast pastries were in plastic bags and they looked like they had been there for quite a while. The only fresh things were bananas, oranges and bruised apples. There was also no fresh half and half for the coffee, just a small container of Creamora. To get a good breakfast we had to go to the Denny's down the street.

Breakft consisted of coffee and Danish. Internet didn't work. We were on the second floor, no elevator, lots of luggage. TV selection awful.

It's actually a motel, with a huge parking lot. Looks a bit sketchy but the room was clean (though last decorated in about 1975, I think?). Didn't seem worth the $$ but apparently Springfield is a pricey area.
