Friendliness of every staff member we encountered. The facility was spotless. Breakfast wonderful, wanted for nothing. The staff in the breakfast room assured everything was well stocked and hot. Rooms were very clean with a full kitchen separate living area , large bedroom , comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. Great location close to shops and restaurants

Christina was arguably the best host I’ve met. She welcomed our daughter and made her feel special when we arrived to check in. During our stay, Christina was extremely helpful with our requests and was an absolute pleasure and joy to meet. We plan on returning back on our next visit because it’s worth the experience!

Our stay was amazing!! Very smooth check in! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is very clean, bathroom are spacious, beds are comfortable. The kitchen have appliances (2 pans, 4 small& (large) plates, forks & spoons, glass cups, microwave, toaster) We will definitely be returning & 100% recommend!!

The only thing that could be improved is the room cleaning services. Staff should advise customer about it and it should be done on timely basis. Breakfast is decent considering free breakfast but it can be improved a bit.

The place is amazing in terms of room size and shuttle services. Value for money and worth the stay. Lots of space, free breakfast is a add on. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere.

Food used to be better. The-fact that we went a couple of days without room service. We found out later that we were supposed to inform the Front Desk if we wanted room service. We have stayed at the Hyatt approximately 5 or 6 times though this was the first time sinceCovid. ItIt

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. It was great for traveling as a family. The breakfast was great too.

Paying $10 per night to park my car in Burlington MA. When there were plenty of spaces and this is NOT Boston or even close. Was unaware of that yeah $50 max still too much.

Hotel parking should be free and included with stay since it's their own large parking lot. There's no other option of course because it's not located near street parking. One of the dryers did not work during my cycle and the clothes were left wet which delayed my check out and time to leave. Thankfully the front desk was accommodating. House keeping did not come in and clean between stays, only once we left. I had to keep waving people down to ask for supplies such as garbage bags, and leaving things in the hallway to dispose of etc.

Overall a great stay, room was clean, very nice and equipped with all toiletries needed. Love the kitchenette/suite set up. Kitchen stocked as well..Perfect for stay with family members. The free breakfast served was good and always a plus during your stay. Right down the street from a shopping plaza, we were able to walk to starbucks. Only about a 25 min drive to Salem where we spent most of our days. Checkout was at 12pm which was very helpful.

Noise from other guest rooms and corridor. Kitchen missing kettle, sink stopper and dish drying rack. These were not available upon request. Room was not cleaned or even just vacuumed during our 6 day stay.

Cheerful, helpful, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Spacious room.
