Upon check in the night clerk was very rude and dismissive. A group of us traveled there for a basketball tournament. We all reserved a 2br suite (1 king and 2 Queens beds). Unfortunately, I was the only one to not receive what I requested and still paid the same price. The night clerk then told me if I could show her the email saying I had a King w/ 2 queens she would upgrade me. (Smh…upgrade me?! To something I already reserved and paid for..ok) So, I showed her my email saying I have 4 beds in my room. 1 king, 2 queens, and the pull out sofa bed. I also showed her the email of another parent traveling with me who booked the same room; saying the exact same thing and had the room we requested. That still wasn’t enough. After she told me it would be. Then next day I spoke with the assistant manager and she too was no help. Have her the same information and all she could say was it didn’t come in to us like that. So I had unfortunately we had to sleep very uncomfortable due to some technical errors. Then, with 6 people sleeping in 1 room for 4 days we needed towels. We are there for a basketball tournament so the boys will need to shower. They expected us to use the same towel more than once. They told us that they are an extend stay and not a normal hotel so they don’t provide towels on a daily basis. 😳 If we need clean towels we will have to wash towels and that’s they have a washer and dryer on site. I have never had issues with Hyatt before. I use them because when I book with them I know I’m getting quality and professionalism.

The breakfast - To few healthy choices. To much sugar and fat and on top of that served in or on plastic plates/mugs. The coffe was good though.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and always there to help if needed. The bed was so cozy.

NO BALCONY it's advertised with a balcony! Truly disappointed because the stair rail is not a balcony! The only reason I reserved the hotel! False advertising! Absolutely NO BALCONY!

Breakfast options were repetitive. It became boring after a few days.

It was close to everything. The apartment was quiet and neat. They upgraded me to a bigger apartment. Friendly staff. Valerie was very helpful and friendly. Check in was as smooth.

I could not open the windows in the room and I could here really load the guests outside. The kitchen is equipped as expected and the dish washer did not work.

Wrong room, not enough towels, I had to go to front desk and get supplies for room. No dish rag or washing liquid. Waited 3 days before room was serviced. I had to ask for that to get done. Special request was not even observed. Misrepresentation in ad online.

There were no cooking pots available, although i requested and they got for me but it took a while. Also the kitchen cabinets require some upgrades.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They upgraded my room on arrival so me and my sister had two big rooms to ourselves. It was beautiful. They also granted us late check out till 1pm.

They did not have the room that I reserved and I was not informed until I got there. It took them 6 hours to accommodate us to another room. Housekeeping was still cleaning our rooms at 9:00 pm and we should have checked in at 3:00.

The staff was apologetic about the rooms. I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite and was not informed until I got there that it was not available. They were able to give us two rooms that were close to each other, but we had to wait for them to be cleaned. When we finally was able to get in the rooms, they were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was okay. I miss the cook to order omelet that was previously there.

Our neighbors were really loud and were banging on the wall and screaming until 4 am it was a bridal shower im sure but they were annoying. Not many options for breakfast

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. I really need to remember staff names to shout them out especially when they make you feel like family. Breakfast was also good. In addition to the regular food spread, there's also a live station where you can get omelettes (or any special item) made on the spot. There's a bar on site in the lobby/breakfast area. If you like to sip and mingle this is the spot for you. They're quite generous with the liquor as well (HA HA!) If you're an aviation geek like myself you'll enjoy this because it's close to the Addison airport so there are light GA aircraft and business jets passing over often.

No fans, I was supposed to have 2 queen size beds, and had a full size bed instead and wheelchair accessible shower . The ac didn't put out much air . And one of the check in ladies was kind of snotty

There was an issue the the main suite toilet clogging up twice. Had to call on two different occasions to get maintenance to fix the issue. I would highly recommend that someone (maintenance) in particular is on duty 24-7. Thank God the toilet overflowed during business hours otherwise we would have to wait until the next morning for clean up.

Rooms were clean and enjoyed the full kitchen. We requested the first floor and was given what we asked for. I would defiantly recommend. Thank you

The carpet was stained, the room had a bad odor, the front door handle stuck, the outlet at the vanity didn’t work and the shower pressure was very low. And there is no elevator to carry luggage upstairs.

The grounds were nicely kept. The room was large with a full kitchen. The breakfast was good, other than the coffee.
