We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Proximity to train station for early morning departure. Rooms were large with coffee makers but no refrigerators. Beds were uncomfortable hard mattresses with thin blankets so we were cold all night in our beds. Ok for one night stay. Property was clean and quiet with complimentary continental breakfast offered in the lobby. Not much food for sale in the lobby except candy items no wine, soda or snack foods for sale.

United Statesstaff was not friendly, it took them forever to check me and other couple in (they waited for 30+ minutes to get checked in at night with no line of other people). the person at the reception always got distracted, I waited for him for several minutes just to answer my question while he was chatting about life with a cleaning lady. I also had mould on my coffee supplies (napkins, sugar etc) in my room.
The location is perfect for one night near the airport, but there are other better options, I guess.
