I didn’t like that there was no public parking attached to it, only for valet which isn’t always feasible. Also, the floor I was on (M) always had those giant carts for the cleaning staff in the hallway. Looked very cluttered.

The hotel was very close to the beach and other places. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. The personnel were very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The slowness of the elevators. Some days there was only 1 working.

The staff was extra friendly. Loved the available beach towels, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Loved the daily breakfast buffets; the complimentary water bottles with water fountain in the lobby; and the daily $5 credit to the snack bar.

The housekeeper turned over the room daily but we had to call the front desk every evening when we returned to ask for additional bath towels.

Ocean view was not as unobstructed as I thought it would be, and I appreceiated the upgrade. The bar staff was very welcoming and friendly. room was small but had all we needed to make our stay perfect.

The breakfast was chaos, the air con is super nosey and the pillows are great. Also $75 a night for valet is expensive!!!

The pool and the breakfast areas were combined this would have been a little better but we had a pool and breaky :) the beach is super close so most of the time the pool was not in use

That they had no self parking available and it was an inconvenience to pay for parking everyday. Also, the ice machine was not working in my floor the whole time I was there, and they had to shut down the water during peak hours one of the days.

That it was right next to the beach and hotel provides with towels and chairs for the beach.

Lifts take a long time, no matter what time of day. Need another laundry, one is not enough for such a big hotel.

There really needs to be a better option for the breakfast and checkin systems. Neither are very welcoming or organized. The problem with the checkin or out system is the lack of personnel. You have the same people giving out towels and serving water bottles as doing checkout. The breakfast situation is analogous to herding cows. If the porch was covered or had better stationary seating with umbrellas and if the area for picking up food was more open with aisles people would be a bit more comfortable moving around the food. Things felt very cheap and congested. Maybe a bit more thought could be put into the arrangement.

The location is key for this hotel. It being about a five minute walk from the beach. It was nice that the hotel was not on the main strip, so the busy nights did not seem overwhelming or over populated.
