That they did not have any clothes hooks in the bathroom and they didn't utilize what looked to be an old closet by putting and hanger rod in there and a couple of hangers to hang your clothes to get wrinkles out of your clothes. The bed in a presidential suite should be very comfortable hint the name of the room. It was ok but I didn't sleep well in it. It also needed to have the putting green redone

I loved the room size. We stayed in the Presidential Suite. It had the biggest spa tub and I liked the modern chaise lounge and faux wood floors throughout. It also had a nice roomy shower.

Only one unprofessional employee who was clearly inexperienced in customer service.

The breakfast was adequate and the lady who stocked the breakfast area kept things cleaned and stocked well. The rooms were spacious, the location was excellent and with the exception of one very unprofessional young man who worked the night shift…the rest of the staff were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and attentive to guest needs.

My only complaint would be that the in-room air conditioner didn't ever seem to get the room quite as cool as I wanted. Especially since I had been dealing with a broken air conditioner, I was really trying to get as cooled off as quickly as I could. I set the thermostat to 69, but I was still feeling a bit warm when I went to bed a few hours later and couldn't sleep under more than the sheet.

I rented the rooms because our home air conditioner wasn't working. It happened to be "at the last minute", so I was grateful that they were able to provide us with two rooms that met my needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Both times I stayed several days and had to continuously ask for towels and to get the room serviced. This time my dog was with us and we had told the front desk as well as one of the housekeepers that she would be out of the room all morning on Monday (day 3 of our stay), so they could service the room. It was not done. The trash wasn't emptied either stay until the day before we left. Not good.

I have stayed here a few times. It's perfectly positioned to my destinations.

No hot breakfast, the waffle maker was not set up, all that was available was cereal and a bagel. The hotel is dated and needs some touch ups.

It's hotel old and has a strong carpet smell , Dog hair everywhere, Dog barking early in the morning , need fruit for breakfast like banana.

Ac is working well. The towels are clean.. convenient with a fridge and microwave even though I don't use them. The soap and shampoo smell good.. waffle breakfast is good.
