It was a suprise for us- an "Express" hotel usually means fewer things, but not here! Fantastic breakfast, big comfy beds and water parks! Plus, everyone we encountered who worked there was friendly and chatty.

I have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The only thing that I noticed on this stay was the carpeting on my floor, 6, was pretty dirty. There were a lot of stains in the hallway, not a deal breaker though, just needed some attention.

A little confusing trying to find the restaurant which was actually an out door bar with takeout food instead of sit down service. the food however was fresh and delicious. we had the salads.

in our room the a/c is next to the bed which makes it almost unbearable to turn ok because you can’t change the direction of the air flow so it’s hitting directly on you in bed . and the combination the ac being loud have me a headache almost every night.

Only the pool and tiny Tiki theme mini bar were opened outside. We expected mini golf, playground, splash pad, but most were covered, work in progress environment, and very small area, with lack of greenery.

The room was clean and relatively quiet on the first floor, close to the end of the hall. A delightful surprise was to have four pillows with two "soft" and two "firm", stitched onto the pillow cases to choose from. The Dove bar soap was great! We love the breakfast, especially the ease and no mess of pressing a button to make two mini pancakes, the warm pastries, mini vegetable egg whites cup/muffin, small cheese omelets on the second day, and having both bananas and oranges, the two fruits we liked. The best part of breakfast was having four mini Mickey waffles made with the special waffle maker, both days, they came out incredibly soft and yummy! Give a shout out and thank you to Ana of breakfast for helping made the Mickey waffles on the second day, and for both days, helping us in getting breakfast 😊.

The hotel advertised free shuttle service but there were not really multiple times the service was available; very limited times.

The breakfast had a great variety daily and had friendly staff. The kids loved the pools and as parents we loved the bar/grill poolside. The poolside bar had friendly bartenders and made great frozen drinks: the location is ideal being so close to Disney and restaurants.

One elevator wasn't functional during our entire stay, and the morning we checked out, both were out of service. Not great for a hotel with 7 floors.

Breakfast was good. Amenities are great for kids. Pools are excellent. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast was wonderful. The pool, resort facilities like the zip line, slide, mini golf, etc were awesome. the front desk staff were lovely including Ana and Lucas.

The mattress was way too soft, It seemed to be well used and needed replacement. Did not sleep well as a result. Time to get some new ones!
