The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. It is an older hotel, but the rooms and bedding were very clean. It was a good value for the price I paid. If I find myself in the area, I would stay there again.

They were doing construction work. So it was a slight inconvenience. The breakfast wasn't that great, plus they turned the juice off as soon as it's over.

The eggs, no but seriously something that can’t be remedied so easily was not enough outlets by the bed.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The eggs were a little too soupy for my taste but the options of food available made up for it. Location was great, especially so close to Hershey Medical which was the main purpose of our stay.

Cost was a little much for one night and room had no closet to hang clothes bathroom light flickered on and off all night even when turned off couldn't close door sometimes because lock wouldn't unlock

My door key never worked. I was told they get "demagnetized" often. Itv was a pain because sometimes I just wanted to quickly get into my room. I had to find a staff member almost each and every time. Please fix the door key issue or upgrade to another door.

Bed - excellent, microwave and fridge a HUGE PLUS ! Parking lot was safe, staff members were very polite and helpful. Lots of seating to have breakfast or do work.

We were in Hershey for a 4 day antique automobile event in Hershey Park. The position of the hotel was extremely convenient, the hotel was clean and all the staff that we met were very pleasant and helpful. We hope to stay there next time we visit Hershey.

Theft in our room while we were out. We had important medications missing that were by the TV. Night Medications for both my husband and I were gone. I took every bag and dumped it on the bed to check to see if I accidently missed them. Also missing was my exercise sheet I had from my doctor for preparing my right knee for Replacement Surgery! I checked and double checked. These items were missing from our room!!! The next day I made sure the remaining pills came with me going out each day.

Value just not there. No amenities. Door to a room down the hall had been kicked in and had not been repaired. Unsightly and disconcerting. Pool area had not been cleaned by those who used it.

It’s a little bit expensive for 3 nights, a little over $500 but I guess that is to be expected in this economy.

There’s a very nice pool, it’s so close to HersheyPark and right off a nice strip of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was good too.

The only thing I have is that the room doors do not have automatic closers. So really checking the door is important. You can’t be in a hurry.

No elevator to 2nd floor

This was our 4th visit to Hershey in 25 years and 4th stay. We come back because the beds are really comfy, the staff are relaxed considering it’s nearly all families :) and the pool area is nice. There have been some upgrades but it’s pretty much the same and we like that. Good value too.
