Basement room that our friends stayed in was dark & musty. The staff was very helpful though about trying to mitigate the mustiness. Otherwise very comfortable.

I loved the staff. Our “family room” was large, comfortable, bright and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious with many choices.

Honestly nothing really. The room walls are thin and you can hear people (muffled for sure). Our neighbor had kids and they ran around some, but being a mom myself (away from my kids) I didn't mind. I hope they didn't mind us up at 6am packing up. We drove by it a few times...definitely found the market - Halona Plaza is very clear! But we didn't know the inn was next to it and behind. We had to call. No biggy just something to be prepared for as the parking and entrance is in the back. I am not a breakfast person and the eggs/beans were just ok. Coffee was great. Both near our room (a Keurig) and at breakfast...strong! I loved it.

What a treasure! It is a quaint and cozy spot in the Zuni pueblo. Our room was very comfortable and there is outdoor seating all around to relax. We were on the top floor and our balcony surrounded by trees...almost like you are in a tree house! The place has nooks full of books and knick knacks. Almost like you are at your crazy aunts house or grandmas! They take your breakfast order the night before. The restaurant and little market is next door. Very easy and everyone so dang nice!

Our room shower drain had a funky smell due to poor ventilation. We put a plastic bag on it and it was fine. The family room was a little tight for the three of us. Steps to the upper floor were steep.

Breakfast was great! Room decor was excellent. Bed was comfy. Drinking water was provided. Staff was wonderful.

It’s New Mexico - I wouldn’t have liked to venture out after dark - especially if I was in my own but the inn is safe.

So welcoming and colourful - definitely a great experience! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were amazing!

I had a steep staircase to climb with a very heavy suitcase.

The breakfast was great and the breakfast room had great internet so I could work and linger. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and the windows opened which was nice so i could enjoy fresh air. The garden had tables where I worked outside and I appreciated the fence that enclosed the area and the nice kitty that came to sit on my lap.

Very primitive but charming. The breakfast was very good. We ate together with the other guest in a unique dinner area in the takeout and grocery store

We were unaware that narrow steps were involved in getting to our rooms. Also, one bed offered was a futon, in our room needing 2 beds.

The staff was very kind. We were treated to breakfast with selection the night before from their menu. We were excited for the honor of actually staying in the Pueblo.

We stayed in room #4, building #1 (I believe). It was the only unit on the 2nd story in the building. There was a door downstairs which led up some steep stairs to the bedroom. There should be another door at the top of the stairs. Some guys were staying in the rooms downstairs and they were quite noisy for a while. A door at the top of the stairs would have helped.

I must admit that the blue corn pancakes caught my attention! And, I like non-standard, non-corporate places so that's why we stayed here instead of a hotel in Gallup. The breakfast is much better than what you get at most hotels. The staff was very nice.

The bathrooms were mildewed and the showers incredibly small! Felt as if there could’ve been deeper cleaning of the whole room.

Locally owned and operated, non-commercial, and supportive of the tribal community.

We had dinner there at the Inn. It all tasted very good, but it took an extremely long time to be served.

The breakfast was very good. We had rooms 22 and 23. We enjoyed the beautiful room decor, the comfortable beds, and access to a refrigerator. We were very glad to see a couple of cats hanging out on the balcony.

Feels a bit like at grandma's : tiny-weeny bathroom (a cupboard-shower), cats hair everywhere, cats pee smell in the room, and not so clean blankets... But all in all, it's the whole experience, and largely compensated by everything else.

You feel right at home in this welcoming little inn. Beautiful Zuni decor, lots of little attentions like children's books and sofas on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. Breakfast was VERY good.

If you are tall headroom in some of the units can be tight. Bathrooms can be a tight fit as well. Guest sometimes do not close outside doors and the local cats sneak in.

Comfortable and cozy. Great location for exploring Zuni Pueblo. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Room had nice touches - towels, lotions, soaps, tissues, etc.

    We Love Zuni

We love these vernacular spaces that are rare, but some may be concerned about size of units, which are more European scaled than motel-sized, and a beloved reworked historic renovation vs. newly built.

We love this place and have stayed before in different rooms and will stay again. We have been traveling to Zuni for 30 years and love being able to stay in the historic core of the town. It is unlike most any other unique Southwest place you may have stayed. The set of buildings and exterior spaces the Inn operates are massively reused over and over across hundreds of years, so you must think of this as different than purpose-built or especially branded chain accommodations. The rooms are very affordable, character filled and eclectic, with some space capsule sized spaces [bathroom], great hardware/fixtures and exquisite details, but next to some unfinished work. Exquisite art and photographs everywhere. Surprise balconies, patios, and views, a Koi pond, a great breakfast, and very helpful staff.

The TV in room # 1 was on the wall to the side of the bed, making watching it painful for our elderly necks. The Bookings.com app erased my review twice when I tried to attach photos. Bookings.... get your app together!!!

The breakfast menu had lots of choices, and the servings were large so there was no chance you would go hungry.. The bedrooms were small, but they, as well as the shared sitting room, dining room, & kitchen were very nicely decorated with Zuni Nation art of ceramics, paintings, cabinetry & wood carvings. The Pendleton Chief Joseph blanket on the bed didn't go unnoticed. The bedrooms were very cozy, and the shared areas were very functional. We felt very comfortable in the space and with the other guests.
