Front desk attended was very slow to respond as he was back eating. I had to call and knock multiple times to get his attention. There was no continental breakfast.

There was a mess up in my reservation but the guy made a good compromise. Liked that the doors faced outward so easy to access room. We had a lot to reorganize our car and that was easy to achieve.

Hallway was very messy with the same cracker crumbles on the carpet for several days.

My room was comfortable, quiet and fairly clean. Location was near I80, parks, stores and restaurants. Surroundings were fairly quiet and the area appeared safe. Staff was friendly.

I did not like the fact that there was a rusty razor blade in the bathroom that my boyfriend almost cut his hand on and there was mold growing on the shower wall and when we told management about it at the hotel they argued with my boyfriend asking who he was and why I wasn't the one that came to tell them about it because I was not the one that found those things he was and I am not a confrontational person they offered to move us to a different room but we said no because it's not that we didn't want to move into a new room it's the fact that the room that we were in had obviously not been clean before we arrived and that's what we were trying to get them to understand was they shouldn't advertise clean rooms if they're not going to clean the rooms

I did like the fact that they let me choose whether I wanted a room on the second floor or the first floor

The rod in the toilet paper holder was missing. The exhaust fan in room 127 was very noisy. Light in room 124 was attached to timer so light went off during shower.

Location was good, breakfast was not included according to you, but a card in one room indicated it was. Since you indicated it was $15 a person we never checked it out.

No handicap access, had to haul luggage upstairs. Had to change rooms because of partying and music in next room. Fortunately, music stopped when there was a tornado warning and we moved to a shelter.

After a long day of driving, it would be nice to relax a bit in front of the TV. I could not believe that there were only two channels, and both of them are in Spanish which I could not understand. There were lots of people handing out the grounds of the hotel. I did not feel safe leaving my car there or walking to my unit. I have trouble communicating with the staff at check in. I thought that my credit card was for security purposes. Next thing I knew he charged my room. Normally we pay at check out.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room I was given was kind of run down. The fan only worked on high and was very noisy. I was told that there would be breakfast, but coffee was all that was available.

It was close to the location of my class and it was affordable.
