Wish there the floor was mopped before arriving as socks were very dirty. Soap in room too small so would recommend pump soap in the room.

Close to the beach, resaurants, shopping and other activities. Also very quiet.

My only complaint was a large family went and put towels on all but 4 chairs at the pool at like 7 am.and left 4 chairs for the rest of the resort. At any given time there were 3 people occupying the 7 chairs they reserved and one being a child around 4 years old. But this isn't on the management company at all. We still had a fabulous trip.

The rooms were perfect for our families. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The beach was just a short walk across the dune. The heated pool was awesome. The owners and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The mattresses were THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I woke up every morning feeling great!!!

Super short walk to the beach. Location to John's Pass was great. Just a walk over the bridge and you are there. Loved that they had chairs available to take to the beach (first come first serve basis).

Smoking in the breezeways/balcony’s, every unit had an ashtray outside.

This property is only a short walk from behind the units. I was happy with the easy check-in and check-out. The property felt safe, and we were comfortable during our stay.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and quietness of the motel. Just what we were looking for to a relaxing day and evening, we would come back again and refer friends as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Faced the traffic. Loud at times.

Nothing negative!

The location is exceptional for walking to John’s Pass Boardwalk, to various pubs & eateries and close to the beach. The motel is a nice older refurbished family run property that is very clean and had all the amenities that we required. The pool was a little cool, yet would have been great if the weather wasn’t so inclement. Stanley the owner and staff were friendly and very accommodating. We like to support small business, plus this was a great stay for us.

The room was very clean and cozy comfortable. Slept well in the bed. plenty of tv channels. Loved that it had a good sized fridge and a toaster/ utensils available. i did not use the pool but it looked nice. and only a 1 min walk to the beach. I would stay again.

Our room was on the smaller side though I saw bigger rooms and suites.

The room and bathroom were immaculate. A small fridge, microwave and sink with a few utensils and plates were provided and I saw a gas grill by pool area. The grounds were attractive, the pool was cleaned often. The beach is a 1 minute walk over a dune. Located near all attractions and restaurants. A true hidden gem of a hotel!

It would have been nice to have a breakfast option but did not take away from the experience.

Right on the beach and walked to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk. We arrived early and check in was no problem. We originally booked just one night but decided to extend it to another night and again no problem. Loved the location and this quaint, clean motel was perfect! Will definitely be back!

Loved everything!

We loved going to the boat parade and staying here! I would stay here again! We really loved how close it was to John’s Pass, the beach and we had a blast playing shuffleboard!

Could do with a bit more storage, draw unit etc for clothing. Shower was ok maybe water pressure a bit low.

Right on the beach. Johns pass across the road for somewhere to eat & drink. Great central location for other beaches north & south. Supermarkets down the road. Shopping malls not to far too. Owner was so friendly & helpful. Supplied beach towels & showed us where the beach chairs & parasol were kept.

Perfect spot for a couple of nights - beach right there and quiet space. Toaster, fridge, microwave. Comfortable bed.
