I didn't know before hand there was a destination fee of 30USD per day. The hotel offers options where you can use this fee (like snacks and restaurant) but as we were for most of the day in Disneyland that was not super straightforward.

This hotel is great! Rooms are super comfortable and very new, staff was very nice and attentive and it's a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. We had lounge access and that was also really great, we could have evening snacks and drinks there with a great view to the parks.

NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!

I really LOVED that this hotel is walking distances to DISNEYLAND. The location is great, there is so many restaurants close by. There's even a cute outdoor shopping mall right behind the hotel. The 5 freeway is a few streets down, super easy to get to. There is this Rooftop bar with a beautiful view at night. The rooms and restrooms were super clean. Over all I will likely be rebooking here again!

There wasn't a designated, close area to take my dogs to the restroom. Also, the bathroom doors were not solid so when someone was in the bathroom at night the whole bedroom lit up.

Every single staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were beautiful.

Our initial room allocation on the ninth floor was under the rooftop bar and was noisy. We changed rooms after two nights.

The room was large, clean, modern and well maintained by housekeeping. The check in and out process was quick and easy. The location was excellent in terms of being walking distance to Disneyland. The daily buffest breakfast was fabulous.

The price of room service is unnecessarily expensive as are some of the wines in the lobby bar. The restaurants close to the hotel are selling the same bottles of wine for up to $50 per bottle cheaper

A few minor things could be improved to make it a better experience. 1. Cheaper parking options, $59 per day with valet as the only in hotel option is very expensive. 2. The lounge option needs some work on breakfast, comparatively as a 5 star hotel it doesn't stack up. 3. Seemed to be understaffed janitor-wise as the 1st floor toilets were a disaster by any hotel grade standards (not cleaned, no toilet paper, etc.) This all said, I would happily stay there again.

Great location, very comfortable beds, Citric restaurant was great. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were very helpful including the manager who was greeting guests at breakfast.

Housekeeping wasn’t great, and it took them forward to clean the room. Also, no one answered the phone when I dialled in room dining.

Bathrooms lack proper maintenance. Out of the four rooms that we got to use, three of the bathrooms needed maintenance. One had a cracked leaky sink, one had tub faucet knobs that fall out and tub curtain that was too long and it draped into the bottom of the tub which made it difficult to stand and one of the sinks drain plug does not push up so it was not draining properly. The rooms were guaranteed for check in at 4 pm but one room was not available to us until 4:20pm and we were very tired. Most of the staff were very friendly but some of the front desk staff were not.

Esculators didnt work. Pool could use a good scrub particularily above the waterline and floor. Bar closes early. 11pm ...not ideal when most people return from Disneyland late. I attempted to order a drink at 11.15pm without success...not even a coke!

Great location. Minutes from Disneyland and can easily walk to the toy story carpark and get the free shuttle to the door. Room was perfect size and comfortable. The "premium" view of the park is not worth the extra cost. Staff were all great.

We didn’t get the room we paid for, cleaning service didn’t show up one day. Had to ask front desk why we didn’t have theme park view and only then did they give us a credit.

It’s quite expensive, but still affordable for a short stay. I may say I was rather surprised, though, that they offer no free wi-fi - one must pay an extra fee for it.

We were first given a room where the handle to the cold water faucet in the shower fell off. The repair was quick to replace the handle but never checked to make sure it worked. We had to request another room but the response was prompt and courteous. The new room was perfect.

If you’re visiting the Disney parks, do not expect the staff to help out with that. Transportation options were not clear and when the front desk was asked for advice (twice), no clear direction was given.
