1. very dirty rooms, there were used plasters on the floor of our room. Are the floors not being cleaned? 2. after our absence, the lock on the door of the room was not working, we had to wait half an hour under the door while the staff tried to fix it

Several overcharges to my account totaling over $500 that I had to bring to staffs attention. if it was not for that it would have been a perfect stay.

Room was nice staff was nice! Lounge staff was excellent in the 11th floor lounge I forget the older gentleman's name who I think was a manger there. if I could bottle his kindness and give it away I would!

Very poor price to benefit ratio. Small room and shower. Personnel in the front desk very inefficient, she took a lot of time to find a reservation made through booking. And then after finding the reservation spelled my last name wrong

2 towels only. Once restaurant closed, not access to drinks. No water, no vending. Person working front desk pointed me to the hotel across street. Wow, $300 plus per night and no access to drinking water. Ipad did't work

it was very nice seemed exceptionally clean until I just so happen to catch the light from the windows under the covers, the comforter was filter in the every knitted square of the cover.. it’s not noticeable to the naked eye, just be held against a light that shines thru.

Getting charged $23 for a can of soda that I didn’t have abs the charge still hasn’t been refunded. The lack of knowledge on the staff regarding charges versus hold.

Even thought the room was nice- the amenities inside the room were subpar. None of the wifi services were working. Could not use the YouTube or Netflix applications. The IPad to order valet and room service also was not working. So every time I needed something I had to call and wait for someone to answers which was inconvenient. Typically when I stay at a hotel they update the tv with your name- my tv had someone elses name on it for the entirety of my stay. Every time I spoke to the front desk regarding the wifi issue they said that they were aware but wasn’t much they can do. I pretty much paid $500 a night for a pretty dull experience.

$30 a person for breakfast is crazy. We went some where else, bed was comfy but it was so hot in room 911 even with the air on the lowest it would go. The bath tub draining was extremely loud and then paying extra for valet is kinda crazy when already spending over $400 for one night.

Bed was comfy and the bell hop and front desk were super friendly!

Sliding bathroom door required practice weightlifting TV was to side to bed so unable to watch No stand to unpack suitcase Some main dishes were mediocre to average for price. In Texas, at least have ribs or smoked brisket on menu. Map of region would have been appreciated For early starters (6-7 am) would have appreciated coffee in lobby; also fresh fruit or cookies in lobby Expected a JW to have at minimum a swimming pool It did not have the luxuriant feel of other JWs View from room was horrid, truly horrid
