Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking spaces were a bit tight but we had a large vehicle.
The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely view of a fairway on a golf course and lots of beautiful landscaping on the grounds. The unit was close to pools. Basic kitchen items were provided. Air conditioning was not included in the base price but could be provided for an additional charge per day. We did not use the AC and found the temperature to be comfortable with windows open and fans in use.

United StatesWasn’t super clear in the original listing that you had to pay an extra $30 a night for air conditioning. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Wished there was a place to do some weight training.
I liked the spaciousness of the lodging. Location was nice. Felt safe. Was quiet and peaceful. Had a nice pool, pickleball court.

Location! Very well located, close everything in Kona, and conveniently located to go to other sides of the Big Island too.

United StatesBathrooms need to be updated; hard bed ( each unit is individually owned, so it just depends on how well they have kept their mattresses and renovations. Our unit had Kohler bathroom sinks in boxes in the bedroom closet waiting to be installed. It needed a new tile- 70’s tile decor.
Awesome location; beachfront and beach access with short trail along beach, we were upgraded to an oceans front ocean view room which was AMAZING!!!!

CanadaNot much to dislike. There are some very minor repairs/maintenance required in the condo: refrigerator drawers broken, there is a cracked tile near the fridge that may cause a cut on a foot, a blind in the spare room that would not adjust, and the master bed is very squeaky.
We liked the staff, the location, and the abundant, well maintained and diverse facilities. Our room was very good and right on the golf course with a large shady lanai to relax on.

CanadaSee above please about bed setup. The recycling could have been more clearly marked for recycling cans at poolsides and beside condo units. As well, there were no cutting boards in the unit.
The three different pools were fabulous with the BBQ facilities. The pool table as well. It would be nice if units had boogie boards and beach chairs, umbrellas so all visitors didn't have to purchase these. We left some boogie boards behind. Also, when I booked it said there was one queen, one king and 2 twins but the 2 twins were couches in the living room which was not as ideal.

United StatesThe $275 "cleaning fee" regardless of how long the stay is unfair and too high. The $30 "service fee" is a junk fee, for which we received literally no service. We did not initially sign up for air conditioning ($25 extra per day), but we later called to arrange for it. No one answered, so we left a message and were promised a return phone call. No phone call. We called the next morning with the same result and no return phone call. For this "service" we were charged $30? We never got the air conditioning and received no other service from the hotel. In other words, they'll nickel and dime you to death, The resort is very nice but the management's policies are predatory.
The ocean pool was lovely. The room (suite) was huge and comfortable. Loved having a usable kitchen. There was covered assigned parking for our rental car. The property has 3 pools. We had an ocean view room, with a lanai, including outdoor furniture and a sushi bar, which was all very nice. Our suite had 2 bathrooms, which was great.
