Northeast Harbor is a quiet location but close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Hotel was clean.

Room was dated but ok. Bathroom really needed some upgrades. Beds were small and uncomfortable.

The location was beautiful. Saltwater pool was great. Loved the view from our room. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning service available daily.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable in my opinion. Also if someone is occupying the room above you. You could here every footstep.

I liked the location. It was also quiet for the amout of people. Good food right next door. The establishment and the staff were nice.

Most of the staff I encountered were GREAT and very accommodating. The person on the desk when I arrived could use some customer service training. I'd arrived to Bar Harbor earlier than expected and called to see if it would be possible to check in a bit earlier. During the conversation the call ended. I called back and asked my question again. The girl said that she had said yes (to my question) and didn't hear a response so just hung up. I told her that I didn't hear her response and thought the call was dropped. Having been in a customer service business, I would have asked, "Are you still there." Or "Is there anything else I can do for you?" In person, I had to ask her to repeat things she said to me because she gave quick one word responses and spoke in a quite voice. First impressions are important and I feel some additional training would help. The only other complaint I have, is the room had an odor. Even after purchasing Febrese and spraying before I left for the day, the odor was there upon my return. You got used to it once in the room for a bit, but was very noticeable upon entering.

Though the location would be great for some , I was there to attend classes at COA in Bar Harbor. Though only a 20 minute drive, doing it 2x per day exhausting. Next time I will shop earlier and find a location closer to the college. For those wanting to experience Acadia, it's great location right on the harbor.

We were happy with the inn. No real complaints. A couple of the desk staff were less than enthusiastic but everyone else including cleaning crew and the restaurant staff were great.

The location and facilities were very good. The place is spotless. Having 2 queen rather than double beds in the rooms would have been perfect. The large fridge was great for the fruit and drinks we brought. The next door restaurant was convenient and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The entire experience was awesome our room was great the view of the harbor the owners or workers or excellent friendly the restaurant was a plus.

Our room was adjacent to the restaurant/bar and was noisy later in the evening due to the live music. We were not informed there would be live music the evening we stayed. Also, there was a constant sound of running water and a very loud fan system in our room which made it difficult to sleep. We contemplated asking to be moved to another room. Not sure if the noise was associated with being close to the restaurant or if we would have experienced the same level of noise in another room. Also, we feel because we booked our accommodation through Booking.com we were given a less desirable room.

the room was clean and beautiful. the view from the balcony was amazing. Don’t go to the recommended breakfast buffet beside the hotel. it was horrible. however the same restaurant’s dinner was amazing.
