How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not much to complain about. The furniture in the room was a little different. Didn’t have much room to put luggage. That was a very very minor thing for us.
Facilities were extremely modern and clean. Staff was courteous and late night check-in was very easy. Breakfast was great. Would certainly stay again!

What's NOT to like? Everything is wonderful here! I give it 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ all around!
We liked everything! The room is modern and clean. The shower was big and the water so nice and warm. The beds so comfy with pillows as fluffy as marshmallows. The breakfast had a huge variety. So delicious 😋!

Welcoming front desk staff. Bright, well kept, secure parking and exterior. Rooms new feeling, very clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. Bathrooms with walk in shower very clean, functional and spacious. Dog friendly but spaces were clean and no pet remnants noted.

Shower toward bottom could be cleaned better. You could hear the doors to everyone's rooms open and close as no carpeting in rooms or halls.
All was good in the room. Beds and pillows were comfy. Pet friendly at reasonable price . Breakfast was the normal stuff you find at most hotels.

Not the “traditional” Best Western. New design concept, modern and bright. Good value. The breakfast is excellent. The lady working at the breakfast area is the best I ever saw in all hotels!

I cannot think of any suggestions for improvements. You're doing and excellent job with the facility.
The breakfast was delicious. The dining room was clean and spacious. The decor in the lobby and dining area was wonderfully colorful and uplifting. The staff were courteous and friendly.

A bit dated. Peeling paint on our basement ceiling. Tile in bathroom moving and not at properly.
Liked the breakfast, the staff was friendly, and the availability of luggage carts (we didn’t use but I was impressed that they had many in the front entrance). Good deal!

Wish they served different coffee.
Extremely clean facility, comfortable bed, great customer service. Surprised it was Best Western. They are doing a great job at rebranding.

Can’t think of a thing!
Oh my goodness, where do I start? What great find! If all hotels were like this one the world would be a better place! This step up from your typical Best Western is very noticeable! Rooms are nice sized with EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful stay!

Nothing we liked our room and it was clean. The bathroom was awesome.
It was clean. The front desk staff was very attentive even before we arrived as we were late and they took care of us. Check out was very easy.

The room was a little dark as there were no lights in the ceiling.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful with their suggestions of where to get find groceries. The breakfast had a great variety and the location to the highway was perfect.

The room was very large. Beds were queen size and very comfortable with lots of pillows. The shower was awesome. The entire facility was clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome and included fresh cut fruit and a fresh serve yougurt machine,. The staff were all friendly and courteous. It was a wonderful stay!
