The A/C was loud, the included breakfast wasn't very appealing, plus the lobby had a weird scent.

The room look renewed and felt clean. New floors and modern elements added.

The free breakfast was very basic. Coffee, juice, muffins, fruit, cereal. The pool was tiny... probably should get rid of it. So close to the beach and all. There wasn't even enough space for the lounge chairs lol. No, I didn't try to go in. They need to add a guide on the TV or a channel sheet, I had no idea what channel I was watching!

Location was nice. Not a far drive to Siesta Key. Soda machines but only took cash. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable . There was plenty of room with a little dining area and a fridge/ microwave. It was a basic 2 story outdoors hotel, but it was comfortable!

Breakfast was poor (considering the price). The room must stay in the dark (there are non curtains... or, to expain it better... the curtain doesn't allow to have light inside so it's either dark or clear)

Room smelt quite strongly of cigarette smoke.

Size of room and very lovely bed - king size, great mattress and bedding. Breakfast was adequate - grab & go style. Location good. Staff friendly.

Two of the pillows were too firm, but that's a personal preference and it didn't stop me from getting a good night's sleep.

The shower head was amazing, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was better than expected, the room was quiet. I love that the blind was set in a track so it helped keep the room dark, though it made it harder to tell what time it was based on the light outside. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will choose this location the next time I'm in the area.

Bathroom needed checking. Main light switch not working when entering. Somewhat pricey for a basic room.

It was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Both were a bit oldish but worked fine. The fence at the pool area was broken, will need a repair. Maybe new cushions for the pool beds. The outdoor area and the pool was a bit dirty (leaves and stuff from other guests). The breakfast was a smaller one but okay.

Super helpful and polite front desk manager. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the real bed duvet/blankets on the beds- really comfortable.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Older hotel remodeled. They cleaned our room each day. They had pride of place. The breakfast was cereal, muffins, bagels grab and go.
