Great location and so close to the park!

The breakfast was awful and very expensive. French toast was hard and crusty, and the hash browns were just a messy mash that did not resemble anything like hash browns. The fruit Salad was mainly one fruit. For a price of $22 each you expect good quality brekky options. Did not buy this brekky after the first morning.

Room size was good and the pool area was awesome. Free shuttle to Disneyland was much appreciated.

The beds were not very comfortable. There is no housekeeping services and the room had one tiny trash can that fills up within a day. You can call to the front desk to have the trash taken out, but what hassle for a multiple day stay.

The hotel is so close to the park. The pool was heated and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The staff is very nice.

I wasn’t aware that it was under construction before I arrived. The pool area and outside of the building still need updating. Walls were very thin and could hear neighbors blowing their nose.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at present and it was disappointing the Amber Waves restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. We could hear guests outside in the pool throughout the night and walking / talking in the hallways outside our room.

We had a double queen room, was reasonably spacious, beds were comfortable and the room was quite warm. our room was in the renovated section so everything was fresh. The hotel is in great proximity to Knotts Berry Farm (5min walk) and a 15 min drive to the Disney Parks. The free hotel shuttle to the Disney parks was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was nice - cereal, baked goods, fruit, eggs, bacon hash browns etc.

wasn’t told the restaurant was open so we figured we had to drive out and get food. found out when we checked out that there was a functioning buffet/restaurant.

I didn't like there was no water provided in the room , went to the machine and I can only use a card that I didnt have o me. Bottle of water was 5.50 🫤 after paying $200 a night I would've much appreciate at least one bottle provided to me.

A lot of stuff was closed for renovations and with the park closed due to rain the lack of facilities were exacerbated.

We were very happy to discover our room was recently renovated, was slightly larger than anticipated, and also came with a small sofa.

The noisy next door neighbors arrived at their hotel at 11:30 pm and had a party in their room for at least 3 hours. Woke all of us (kid included) up and we didn't get the proper night sleep. This happened both nights. Maybe put some sound proofing on the doors that connect rooms?

The room was clean. Right next to Knott's Berry Farm. Walking distance to beautiful sights and restaurants.

ceiling is probably 6’5”…. anyone I. the 6’+ need to mind their head down the hallways and when taking a shower.

Check in was robotic and rushed as if he just wanted to get through the speech he had memorized.

Hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful. My room had new upgraded furniture which was very nice. The young man who checked me in was too robotic and rushed me through checkin, but the other agents next to him were friendly and answered many of my questions.

Cost for parking in the hotel parking lot I think that is definitely wrong

First floor perfect for my daughter as I requested in a wheelchair perfect customer service only down fall was I really don’t understand why customers at the hotel are charged 15$ a day and I had 2 rooms and 2 vehicles definitely didn’t have that figured in definite down fall
