The Fleetwood could use some freshening up. New cute curtains and new couches would go a long way take out the old rug also it might be why it smells a bit old. Fix the starter on the grill. It would also probably help if they sprayed for mosquitoes

Bed was a bit hard. No restroom in the cabin, but bathrooms were very close and everything was super clean!

Dog friendly and very nice staff! Cabin was small but cozy. Very well run campground, and I loved the local honey they sold in the shop.

Trailer was freezing when we arrived Trains & Traffic from Highway interrupted sleep at times....felt & sounded like they were on collision course with our trailer @ times.

The only issue was the partially full trash can and old pizza box under the sink from a previous guest and the uncomfortable bed. The plastic mattress protector was very uncomfortable!!!

Cozy and cute cabin that was in great condition. Very nice sitting area outside. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The grounds were clean and front desk staff were very nice.

The wifi in the cabin really didn't function - very, very slow and erratic. Not usable. The mini golf course was worn out.

We stayed in a studio cabin. It was nicer than we expected with very cold A/C, quiet and very clean. It had a small fridge, coffee pot, dishes, etc. And it was priced better than the hotels in La Junta.

The small cabin was charming, clean, and close to the bathrooms and shower facilities. The property was clean and well maintained. The small portable heater did it's job and kept us warm.

Honestly, not much. It wasn't super cool when we first got there-it was a 100° day-but the AC cooled it off quickly.

We stayed in the Caboose, and it was so neat! Cute touches and finishes throughout.

The cabin was clean and comfortable and the staff was available to meet any needs. Location was close to store and restaurants.

They Charged a 120 deposit on top of the $250 a night room fee, required you to clean your own room, which we did. Took the deposit from us, we had to call them and argue to get it back, then they didnt refund the full amount. Pretty sure they do this to everyone then hope no one complains. We will never stay in a KOA again due to this experience.

The only minor thing we could find. Was a door was a dab squeaky. But my wife and I made a joke of it.

It was just what it advertised- beds, A/C and tv. But it was clean and comfortable. Close to bathrooms. Close to town and shopping. A very nice place to stay.
