The construcion in the lobby was not nice, but what can you do? Work arounds were good. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, are showing signs of wear.

The staff was great and the room was clean. Airport shuttle was on time and great. Noticed the guy at the desk had to do some shuffling to get it alll in. Good job.

Well we thought it was newly renovated, but it was in the middle of it. The lobby was covered in drywall dust and very small too. We were given one of the old rooms with a saggy squeaky mattress. It is supposedly a pet friendly place, but there is nowhere to take your dog except for the sidewalks. There also wasn’t any place to have breakfast, or coffee. It might be nice when it’s done, but at the moment it’s not.

I looked several times for the exercise room and never found it. The remodeling is taking place all over the property. What is fixed up was nice but the whole area is not too safe. When I asked where to eat dinner they suggested Fudruckers. After I ate there I walked and found a great brewpub the other side of Gibson. Much better, warmer and cheery. Great stout.

The room was very comfortable and secure. It had everything I needed. The airport shuttle was good.

Was up most of the night because of the noisy traffic from the street. The bathroom knobs to turn on the shower are backwards. Had a hard time adjusting the water temperature. The 100 deposit should be credited back sooner than what the sign says. Other hotels it is returned within 3 days.

We did not eat breakfast. Typical breakfast on the menu such as cereal, waffles, egg sandwich, boiled eggs, yogurt and some fruits, juice and milk nothing to rave about and definitely not my kind of breakfast

The room was decent but definitely on the higher side probably due to hot air balloon fest and eclipse going on for the weekend. There was a lot of construction on the property. We arrived late checkin was good receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but very small as they were more like a full size beds. I was hoping for a queen size beds. I'm not sure about the location cuz we only stayed there to sleep and checked out early but it looked decent enough. Overall it was okay but the price was not worth the stay for a typical hotel

The breakfast could have been better! First morning was just cereal,waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast,bread and beagles ,apple and orange juice. Second morning was just cereal waffles bread beagles juice and muffins. Some how I ended up getting sick last night 9/30. I was fine on my way to New Mexico then come down then I ended up getting sick. There was blood on the blow dryer ALL OVER wasn’t cleaned pretty sure it’s been there for a couple days! The lamp next to the tv didn’t work! Also couldn’t take our breakfast to our room!

The staff was nice helpful. I had a lady bang on my door i called the lobby a lady came right up to deal with the situation. The hotel was close to my cousins wedding!

Bed was comfy, room was well cleaned! I loved the fact the staff gave me the bottom handicapped room as I am currently injured. Breakfast was good
