That being said, the pool area could use a little cleaning and sprucing up. The furniture in the rooms is really showing wear and tear.

The pool/hot tub is open 24 hours. Yes! We never get to enjoy pool areas because they always close too early. Room was very clean! The view was better than expected! Breakfast was great and 4 hours long! I felt they were catering more to the customer's convenience.

Some fine detailing could be done like around dressers table floor areas some crumbs or something of that matter were present other than that pretty darn clean for a room that has had pets in it! The beds weren't too comfortable but that's my review based on my comfort levels

Cozy, great staff, smells clean down halls, breakfast was decent plenty of choices, pets allowed and seemed very clean compared to a majority of hotels that allow pets

We had to get a last minute hotel and it was a great price. The room was upgraded which we did not ask for, a nice bonus. Nice and quiet.

We went to breakfast at 920 and the warm food was mostly gone. There was 4 of us and there was one small bar of soap, one bottle of shampoo! I would rather have a lower price and bring my our soap and shampoo.

Close to Autzen Stadium. Clean. Breakfast room was a good size and kept clean. The pool was open 24 hours, it was nice getting back from the game at midnight and getting to go in the hot tub

For some reason the parking was overflowing and we had to create a parking spot.

Above average for a chain motel. Very clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast.

So minor. Parking was a little tight -- by which I mean too many bigger vehicles in striping that wasn't really meant for them. (And too many drivers aren't that great on left-right balance). We didn't have any door ding issues, but I could see that happening very easily.

Everything was great, beginning to end. Check-in was easy, and reception staff was friendly and professional (put the phone on hold to finish up with me). Good location, and we had a room facing the water/park. Spacious room, quite clean (maybe one dust bunny), pleasant smell. Couldn't really hear the neighbors, except for some stomping from upstairs prior to lights out. Good breakfast, staff kept things well-stocked and cleaned up. A pretty firm mattress on the bed, which suited my spouse just fine.

The clock-radio's time could not be adjusted, even by the staff, so it was always some odd time. Shower valve dripped so had to be turned tightly off, making it hard to turn on, and one day the shower water stayed lukewarm for some reason. (The next day there was no problem with hot water.)

Everything was fine, and quiet. We had the "water view" side, which was great. Great breakfast as well. Free WiFi worked easily with smart phones, but I had to call their technical service place to get it working with my laptop.

Nothing really. It was a busy weekend in Eugene, for Country Fair, so there were a lot of people staying at the hotel at the same time. So, needless to say there were some times where the hallway was loud, and the pool area was packed. But that's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Pet Friendly stay, with a large room for our pets! It was nice to be able to spread out with our two dogs. The living area and separate bedroom area were perfect. It's so nice to not feel cramped in a hotel space when you're traveling with your fur babies.

it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. we also liked swimming in the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was a pleasant surprise. We also used the laundromat and it was very clean. The breakfast was really good too with lots of selections between the waffles, eggs, bagels, sausage and yogurt. We really enjoyed our stay!
