We did not expect alot because it seemed kind of out of place for where it is. We got what we paid for though and it was a fair price. The only REAL complaint is that the traffic outside is VERY loud. The door to the room was not well-sealed (you could see daylight all around the edges.) If they could simply but some stripping around the inside of the door frame we would have had a much better sleep.

Low price for the near downtown location it is in. You can walk to plenty of places from there.

Maintenance is really subpar. The first room we check in the sink would not drain. The second one was the same. The third one we were offered, the lights did not work. The fourth one was okay. We moved three times in one day.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and when we were late one morning the staff helped us get breakfast although it was cleared. The rooms were clean.

I walk in to a huge puddle of water from the door to bed and wall shoes were soaked asked to be cleaned up so they just put bath towels down and wipe up some no mopping or anything and just through a few towels down by the wall. the shower head would not lock in place it was chest level with low water pressure. Kind of noisy but can be expected so close to highway.

The security lock on the door was broken. There was mold on both sides of the shower curtain that was pretty gross. Also on the sheet it looked like blood stains.

We absolutely loved the bed. It was so very comfortable and we slept so so good. The pillows were so soft and comfy.

The only think I didn’t like is that the sheets didn’t looked clean they had stains and towels had hairs, they need to be more careful with that, plus I was supposed to get a discount for being without power for 4 hrs and still haven’t seen that discount, I got charged full price.

The property is in a good location, close to everything you need, staff was really nice.

Beds weren't comfortable,bathroom toilet and shower didn't had alot of water pressure 😕 and there was a lot of noise, running up and down the stairs, I didn't really sleep at all

The smell in the room was off and I accidentally spilled face wash on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the towel I used was brown with dirt that was obviously not cleaned from the previous customer(s).

Our room smelled like smoke. It was absolutely horrible. It was clearly a non smoking room.

They're trying to update and take care of the place, but they've got a long way to go.

They were doing some kind of work in the back area. So there was a lot of banging and loud noises from the tools they were using early in the morning.

We were in Dallas for my daughter's MAJOR Dr. appointment and she REALLY needed to get her rest.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. But the hotel was under renovation and the noise was extreme. And it didn't stop until after 8 pm

I gotta admit, I thought the property was going to look like the other La Quintas and not a motel 6 but that’s on me for not looking at pictures online. also I saw a syringe needle on the ground in the parking lot. And at one point there were guys screaming outside near my door.

I lied how close and convenient the location was to various major stores and downtown.

updates rooms without carpet and no bad smells.

the room itself seemed remodeled and updated and I like there is no carpet, but there were hairs on the toilet, spots, hair, dirt in the covers/pillows. it wasn’t bad enough I complained but bad enough I sent a video to someone. I just didn’t feel it was 100% clean.
