Multiple stains and large torn and bare spots on carpeted area, horrible looking unprofessional repairs made to ceiling over hot tub, corner of some furniture appeared that male dog had urinated on it. Chair In shower broken and caused me to fall. Mattress on bed rolls you to center, springs can be felt within mattress and there was ZERO firmness to it. Burn holes in blankets. Maybe got 2 hours sleep because we were both extremely uncomfortable and pain from falling in shower from the stool.

When booking online, it needs to be stated that there is a fee to check in early. I travel a lot and have never once paid for eselh check in. The bed was very squeaky, the box springs made noise every time you moved. Customer service of your front desk staff,

The room was not clean (trash on floor throughout the room and bathroom). The water pressure was terrible and the water would turn on and off as we showered. The gym treadmill didn’t work.

The location was good, close to restaurants and shopping. The one bedroom suite gave us (family of 4) plenty of space.

The room was dirty, bathtub, floors, bedding,walls, everything was just run down. And dirty, smelled awful in the room. The bathroom door was damaged and it looked like it was just patched up and was done very poorly

No clean towels in the pool area. The bed sheets and carpets were stained. Roaches in the restroom. Room keys had to be swapped because the doors would opened.

Person at front desk during morning, manager African American rude, made you feel as of you we're bothering her. Customer care horrible by this lady. Given three rooms ad two were dirty. One had ant on bed

Nothing too serious. Did find a cockroach in the shower the morning we checked out but I took a shower the night before so I didn’t really care. The beds were a little worn out and starting to sink in but still very comfortable.

It was a good hotel. Friendly lady at the counter when we checked in.

Back bottom door not locked, lighting at west side and north side of building, but I think the whole west wall was under construction, was really dark and back door not locked

Didn’t smell clean. we were on the third floor that had a very musty unpleasant odor, and the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room was extremely stained. Out of curiosity, we went to the second floor, which had its own unique odor that was not pleasant. The furniture and soft goods in the lobby were extremely worn. The shower curtain in our room was too short for the tub in the area along the bottom was covered in mold on the shower curtain, and some sort of red mold, or gunk along the grout line below the shower in the wall. We declined to have housekeeping come in, but they gave us towels, which was great. We did put a bag outside our door for garbage that sat there for two days. We also had our key stopped working at the end of the 2nd day. We had to go back and get them reset at which time the front desk told us they would go ahead and set them so they worked for our entire stay. This was an odd approach and very inconvenient. When we asked about the potential of a late check out, we were literally told “nope we don’t allow that “ without any other niceties or professional statements. At one point, we called down to the front desk for assistance in our room, and it rang nonstop nobody ever picked up. The phone in the room was filthy, and probably had not been cleaned in months. The debris and just filth was alarming.

Overall the bed was comfortable and location was great.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. The showers fixture was not attached to the wall properly so I feared anything could crawl in.

I liked the price for the night due to our pipes bursting in our home. The staff was friendly and professional. The ease of checking in and out were great and no hassles.

We laughed at 1st . Went to leave and door handle came off in hand. Screw fell out. Found screw. Had tape wrapped around it NO THREADS

Elevator stopped working. Had to take all of my belongings down four flights of stairs. Front desk staff was rude and did not greet us made rude faces. Pillows were not comfortable.

There was no accommodations when I asked for a couch or anything else to sleep on because I'm handicap and couldn't get in the bed. IThey told me they would contact management and get back with me. They didn't. I ended up sleeping on the office chair they had at the desk in the roo.

Facilities were nice. Breakfast was good.

Our sheets had stains on them and blankets were stained and dirty. Holes in the ceiling when you walked in the lobby.

They has 1 chair to sit in at a table for 2 ppl Our air unit was on 60 degrees 48 hours Still was hot. They didn't offer to put us in a better room until 12hrs before checkout There was no towel rack in bathroom for a handtowel The LED Mirror light in restroom didn't work I had to do my make up 2 days in a chair by window using my mirror I brought The leg was broken on the 1 chair in the room Maintenance never came in 2 full days of being there to fix light or air. There was hair on 2 towels Hair all over couch Pet hair all over the floor In the new room there was a stick that fell out clean towel I killed a big fire ant and the jacuzzi was full of hair

Swimming pool was out of order, Ants in the bathroom (lots of Ants), and a moldy shower curtain. The room never got cool.
