You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe location was terrible in a rough neighborhood. Homeless people were everywhere and could be seen not only in the parking lot here but sleeping in the grass areas of the hotel. Doors were propped open allowing people to come and go without a keycard. The room doors would not close completely on their own having to be forced closed and the bathroom light fixture fell from the ceiling the first night of our stay.

United StatesThe location itself was terrible.. lots of homeless and criminal looking people around it.. It was kinda scary. The rooms were sol but not in the best shape.. my sheets were thin and had cigarette burns and stains.. even if they were washed it looked nasty.. looked like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks… the carpet felt muggy and was so dirty.. furniture was old And torn and broken.. the restroom had no estará toilet paper.. my towels has stains on them as well.. location was very scary Lots of druggies and criminal looking people around . We stayed only one night if it had been more I would have left and lost my money.. don’t reccomend

Check in was 3:00PM we got there 2:15. Most places will check you in if the room is ready. Not La Quinta!

United StatesNo one at the lobby desk to check out at 4:30 AM. In the meantime two junkies walked in and threatened us. SCREAMED for an employee and got no response. Went back behind the counter and to their "quarters" and found the employee ASLEEP. The awoken employee barely said 5 words and really could have cared less. I called & left a message for the manage and have not heard back. I am not surprised. This is not a safe place to stay especially when you have no one at the front desk seeing who is coming and going. How often was this happening??? Safety is not their priority.
