It’s old and my room was definitely not cleaned properly or vacuumed. The breakfast was not good.

I stayed 3 nights, my room was only cleaned once. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for a room that had a small refrigerator and microwave..I guess people who don't what those are happy they get the opportunity to pay less. Breakfast wasn't replenished regularly. I wish I would have taken pictures but I will in the future!!

Friendly staff, my room was close to elevator...that was appreciated bc I am a senior citizen, there were lots of people but my floor was not noisy. They provided coffee 24/7

The room smelled slightly of mildew, like there was a water leak at some point. Water pressure was not the best. The room was not very up to date, but served its purpose for our weekend stay and we would stay again.

The location in proximity to the highway was great. It is easy to get into and out of. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were quiet and did not hear other guests. Continental breakfast was included and perfect for our toddlers first thing in the morning.

The room was nice the bed and pillows were comfortable although a little flat. The room was overall clean. There was dust behind things and hair and toilet paper crumbles and dust behind the toilets.

The property is beautiful outside, needs major update inside.

my room 213 was noisy with the beds next to a wall that was either a service room for staff, a kitchen for the breakfast or right next to the ice maker as I was woken multiple times overnight

There was no fruit, the toaster was broken, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal - mostly a high carb meal

You could tell the hotel is old, needs renovation, I didn't like that the bathroom was right at the door of the room , I mean you open the door and BOOM!!! the bathroom sink in your face. Also my shower was very loud!! Like something was clogged up in the wall when you turn on the lights!! I didn't like that for One reservation they separated the rooms and held $200, $100 for each room even though I booked two rooms in one reservation. The breakfast was subpar to say the least. Could have fried some eggs or bacon and sausage, no type of meat with breakfast!! The other seating area was being used as storage. Like I said the hotel is old and you can tell. But not bad for the price.

I liked that the bed was comfortable, the place was clean and the elevator worked for such an old place.

The beds are too small, the AC barely worked, and the towels had stains and a weird smell to them.

Breakfast area was a little weird with the little rooms they had for people to eat, I don’t like to be in small spaces with a lot of people. And stains everywhere on carpets…. And no heated pool, the last LaQuenta in SWFL had one it was good for colder times! When I came to check in the lady acted like I didn’t belong, really up tight!

The hotel was very old and not updated. The hair dryer was ripped off wall and it did not work. The breakfast was minimal with only waffles, biscuits and gravy and cold cereal. No eggs, or fruit.

carpets not clean, dirty looking in the hall and in the rooms - toilet seat was missing one bolt to keep seat on - contacted the front desk when we arrived they stated they would get it fixed, but it was not while we were there - air conditioner squealed every time it came on, to the point where we would turn the tv up and would hear it come on during the night each time - it was room 406 if you could fix it then the next time we attend meetings we will consider Laquita East again

1 day the room was not serviced and there was a couple doing inappropriate things in the hotel pool late one night before it closed. Informed front desk and she took care of it, ASAP.

No remote for the TV. The carpet, furniture and walls and doors were really dirty and old.

The location was ok and close to the highway and the Detroit Tigers Spring Training Facility. There are 2 La Quinta's very close so it is confusing. Both are dated, dirty, and really disappointing. There was not a working remote for the TV. The sofa in the room was filthy. For the $166 the room cost for one night - just no words.
