Sheets felt almost plastic. The refrigerator only froze things. Couldn't get the humidity out of the room, no matter what the ac was at on. Toilet kept backing up. We were given a plunger. Too difficult to enter and exit.

Toilet leaked in room. Breakfast was not a great selection it was only one off of Medgar and alignment people waiting to use it. The bold eggs were frozen. All the coffee pots were empty at the same time. The employees at the front desk or talking so loud everyone in the breakfast room sit here all their personal conversation it was very uncomfortable

While the hotel's location and amenities were decent, there is room for improvement in property maintenance as some areas appeared neglected. The desk attendant was friendly-enough but customer service could have been better. The individual's attitude about whatever was going on internally poured out externally and I really didn't feel welcome to be there. I was glad that it was only for one night because the same service/attitude was carried over at check-out time. There was no express key return box to put key when you're checking out, so had to wait for someone to come to the desk to turn in room key. It would be helpful to have an express key return box especially when people might leave earlier than regular checkout time.

The location and food were spot on. The room was a nice size and love that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed slept very good and the hotel was very clean. However, the bathroom needs touching up and the room wasn't worth the weekend cost. I appreciate the overnight stay but if I stayed again, it would have to be during the week for a lower cost than on the weekend. Check-in process was easy since I had a reservation. I love that it was close to I-10 and it didn't take long to go any other places that I needed.

The hotel entry is one way in and out. Depending on where you were going in the city, it was not a great location to navigate. My room had evident mold and mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom. Several lights did not work. The TV was about a 28" which was very small.

Location was close to everything. The staff was amazing; attentive and welcoming.

This was my second stay here. Both times we were told that breakfast would be served only to go down and there is really no breakfast. I think you should be honest and upfront with your guess. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
