The property was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that we were only able to stay one night. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly to family and friends.

It’s a little confusing to get into from the highway

The room was beautiful and loved the tub and fireplace! Easy to get to the beach and it was very nice having a restaurant I could walk to.

Our room was just above the patio with the grills. 2 nights very loud guests were out late cooking and the bedroom of the suite didn’t really utilize the heat or cooling from the unit so opening our window was the only option. Since we were still awake we didn’t say anything but the fact that the doors were open to the lobby you would think they would ask guests to respect others. The second night we were there someone got a room next to us obviously fine but they had a small kid and a large dog so for the first evening we got to hear a kid screech for a few hours and their dog bark on the back patio. Perhaps more of a guest issues than hotel but my experience is just as relevant as the noisy guests up late cooking dinner and the family next door. We had an issue with the key cards to the room deactivating as did multiple other guests. But I had to wait for about 15-20 min because it was also around check in time and only one person was at the front desk. While my husband had arms loads of stuff standing by our room door waiting to go in. Including our dinner. We had to ask for our room to be refreshed. I know things have changed a bit since COVID but when you’re there for 5 days and 4 nights new towels are needed, it’s the Oregon coast so the floors get sandy etc so I was surprised that it was necessary to request. We will likely stay again but request not to be near the patio/grill area and perhaps inquire about who they may place next to us just to be proactive in the things that weren’t ideal.

The only thing I was disappointed in, was the lack of carpeting. Although I do understand from a room maintenance perspective, this makes the most economic sense. This seems to transmit noise and is a little less comfortable when not wearing shoes, Which I always take off as I enter the room.

I didn’t try the breakfast, but I really enjoyed the room layout. Very modern, well-maintained, considering the proximity to the ocean, which was very nice by the way. I especially liked the enclosed balcony deck With the two chairs and end table which I did use. Your desk person was very cordial and welcoming.

In second building so distance from breakfast spot. Rock steps near our building to dangerous for us as no railing. Also needed another chair in our room. Missed having a tub. Bed very high up!

Ocean view thru picture windows. Loved little covered patio . Large room and bath. Enjoyed fireplace and large tv and coffee in room. Appreciated early checkin.

The room had a platform bed frame and was not big enough for it in the space. I ran into the corner of the bed frame twice with my left knee and have been suffering since from the pain and bruising

Room was small, but we knew that going in. It was very clean. The in-room coffee was excellent! Breakfast had a lot of variety including gluten free items that we really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable! Most of all the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really, we received an upgrade on arrival and the room was great. Rooms are more like a four star standard; breakfast is relatively basic (have to bear in mind this is a 3 star hotel), but it does the job. Access to hot water and coffee is a nice bonus.

We had two rooms. Some upper electrical outlets did not work, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, we had to request a fitted sheet and the phone didn’t work in the south unit. In the efficiency suite there were ants.

The location is fantastic with easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was great, it was kept well stocked with food, the service was great. Staff was friendly.
