We had gone through the trouble of reserving tickets to park, but could not obtain them at desk when we checked in. That’s a hassle going to kiosk so early in morning.

Room was nice including a good bed and good pillows- which is unusual. Service at Mamma Della’s was good. Food average. Price expectedly high.

The hotel set up was confusing all for the sake of asthetic; had to take an elevator up and then come back down to get across the hotel. The hotel was too big. Our room was really far from the elevator. I also paid for an upgrade for a view of the beautiful bay. Our view was of trees and sidewalks that were technically on the water side.

The hotel was pretty and I liked the unlimited fast pass for the Universal parks.

The location was perfect. Close to the parks, though tucked away in peaceful corner so that we could escape the crowds when we wanted and pop back to the parks later on in the day. The Unlimited Express pass was fantastic and a hugely valuable bonus

The fast passes didn't really work out most of our stay. There were no fast pass lanes for the new rides. The park was packed more than normal this time of year.

Definitely felt outdated, especially for the price. The building could use some new paint. The bathroom was nothing special, especially for the price. You are really just paying for those express passes rather than staying a luxury hotel. Also while it's nice having the boat, we weren't able to use it in the morning because the boat is small and can't take many people. As you can imagine, there are quite a lot of people trying to use it in the morning to take advantage of the early park admission. Boat leaves 30 minutes before early park admission however, you probably have to get in line 15 minutes prior to it leaving just to get a spot. If you have trouble with walking, I would book a different hotel like the Hard Rock which is closer.

Worth it just for the express pass since you can use it on your check in and check out day. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. We had to book two separate bookings because we couldn't extend our original booking back one day. However, the staff was able to combine the two and let us stay in the same room for the whole duration of the trip. Good location since it's on universal property and you can walk to the park. However it's definitely the farthest of the on site options with the express pass. There is a boat that you can take to the park if it's too far for you to walk. Also comes with early park admission which is nice. There is a baggage check which is great to store stuff so you can take advantage of the parks on check in and check out days.

The property is quite vast so our room was a good 10 min walk from the club level lounge which makes it inconvenient.

I liked the esthetic of the resort and the harbour area. The pool was large and lots of chairs available. We only visited one pool but there’s three. The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable. The express pass is a major plus and the smell in the lobby is amazing.

Offer universal fast passes for all your parties’ members and for both the day you arrive and leave, would be a great deal for people who bought universal tickets like me. Great bay view. It also have ships shuttles to the universal city walk every day from morning to midnight.

The cleanliness of the room, our shower and bathroom floor had not been cleaned when we got in the room. They sent someone up pretty quickly though to take care of it.

Loved the close proximity to Islands of Adventure and the water taxi. The resort pool was very nice and they had excellent drinks and food.

The room keys did not work when we first checked in and we had to walk a long way back to reception to have the keys changed to be able to access the rooms. The room itself was fine although some of the furniture was very dirty with food and drink stains.

The rooms were connected as requested and location was very convenient for the what we wanted. The staff were friendly and the transportation to the parks was good.
