    I can't think of a single thing!

The Staff were WONDERFUL!! They helped me find great places to eat, always cheerful, had a familiarity and comfort with the patrons. The room was comfortable and quaint. And, the location couldn't be any better (near the lake, a walking distance to Wrigley Field, etc.). I would, and in a heartbeat, recommend the Majestic to others! I hope to make my trip to Chicago an annual thing.

Room facilities are heavily outdated and should be renewed. Not a good value for money. For that price consider a hotel downtown

The location is good. Obviously convenient for Baseball fans but also decently accessible to Norrh Broadway and the lake is just across the steert. Parking through valet service is nice.

always a smell in the room, but I don't know if it was a scent or something else. Always needed to ventilate the room. There wasn't even a free bottle of water in the lounge area next to the reception.

Great location; parking available at a cost a few blocks away. Great price for city hotel. Room was basic but great value. Yea, coffee and pop corn available in a nice community living room

Although the parking was awful. One building was completely filled. The second building for parking was just fine. It wasn’t that far away. I’m glad it was there. Otherwise there would’ve been no place to park, travel luggage for parking away

Everything was quaint and nice. It was older, but sometimes it’s nice to stay at older place very adorable.

A little too far out of the main city. With it being an older building there were a few times when noise was an issue.

Staff were welcoming & friendly especially the lady in the morning. The young man at check in was very informative. Nice size rooms, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee available in the lounge area & iced water. An old property with a lot of history

It was clearly run down and the room as very small for two people to maneuver in. The parking charge was very high and should be discounted for guests.

I wish there was more info in the room relating to the property (morning coffee, continental) Personally, I would change out the soaps, etc. utilized by the property, I get it, but consider another option for this boutique hotel. The hotel, due to its "old, classic" ambience, is noisy (floors creek, voices, audio easily heard throughout) Heating, to me, was a conundrum, three options in the room, I utilized one, ignored one, and one ran on its own.

Location (for me) perfect - Lake Shore - East / Wrigleyville / Boys town. Transportation - ten-minute walk. Restaurants a plenty! Local options (Jewel). Hotel just off main thoroughfares. Optional daily room service (love that!)

The internet rarely worked. The only outlets in the room were full or buried behind the entertainment center. Thankfully I had an extension cord with me that I ran from the bathroom. The website said free breakfast but there was just coffee.

Did not like the breakfast/lack of breakfast. Coffee wasn't the best. Didnt care for the overnight staff member getting assaulted during his shift. Figured a hotel in the north side of the city, the crime hasn't quite moved up that way, yet here we are.

We enjoyed the theme of the hotel, we're baseball fans. We also liked the way the building has stayed as close to original as possible. The classic stylings were nice. Our room felt like a studio apartment.

The hallways were a little dimly lit , but that is a small issue compared to an overall satisfying stay.

Staff was so helpful to me--a late arriving guest. They explained the off site parking procedure and let me know what breakfast options were available. A solid boutique hotel on a pretty street. Felt safe traveling alone to this property. Has a fun baseball theme throughout. General Manager was particularly friendly and helpful. If you want to get away from cookie-cutter chains the Majestic has personality and all the creature comforts for a sensible price. There aren't many options in this area and I would be happy to return to The Majestic.
