There are two ladies working at the reception who were unfriendly with everyone. They treated the doorman, who is originally from Ethiopia, very poorly—yelling at him and treating him as if he were of a lower class. Despite having lived in the US across various states for over 15 years, this is the first time I've witnessed such disrespectful treatment of others. It's truly disheartening, especially since the manager was on vacation. The receptionists treated guests as if they hadn't paid for their stay! .. Their behavior was not just annoying; it was downright unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression.

Location, location, location! I love it because it's close to everything you need. Plus, they offer complimentary bikes for guests to use during their stay, and the lobby is really nice.

There was no extra blanket in the cupboard, one night was cold so would have put this on the bed if available.

our room was at the back of the building, quiet and only a few steps away from the elevator. The bathroom was clean and adequate for what we needed.

In-room coffee would have been nice. Also, my room had very little space surrounding the bed - felt a little crammed. And lights for the bathroom were outside of the bathroom (tricky to remember in the middle of the night).

No parking - $55 a night to park nearby.

Loved the warm welcome and helpful staff. As a family of 5, the room was perfect and my children all had their own bed and a sofa area to relax in too. Free beers at 5 were a brilliant bonus! Great location for Pike Street, Harbour and Space Needle.

The location was awesome for walking around the city. It's about 20 mins to the space needle/ market. And also about 20 minutes walk to bars/stores on the other side of the I5. Staff were very friendly and gave great food recommendations!

- Amazingly convenient location, you can walk to pike place, space needle, the spheres and most of downtown. Also close to the metro / link station - Free coffee in the lobby (morning) and free beer in the evenings - Super helpful staff

Room, Size small and Tv outdated Get an android tv or roku tv guests can login onto their own preferred app to watch what they prefer. Hotel does not have to pay for the monthly cable bill just internet service, which cost much less per month than cable. The remote worked poorly neets fresh batteries.

It was a noisy location. Some kind of loading dock situation was right under our window at like 7 am.

The decor was awesome. Staff was helpful. We felt safe at the site. The location was convenient.

Very tiny rooms, hallways to the room were a little creepy. Also, having the shower in a closet instead of attached to the bathroom was a weird choice.

The friendly staff and location. Staff would often see me coming and opened the doors for me. Lent out umbrellas to those who needed them. Had nice recommendations for the restaurants nearby! I also liked how walkable things were to the area around it, and public transportation.

I understood the size of the room during the booking process and was fine with it, but I didn't like the sink in the bathroom was so close to the toilet.

I enjoyed the free beer that was offered in the evening. The mattress was very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels.
