Hot room, no toilet paper, tv had no volume on half the channels and no Kleenex in the room. And was made to pay 50.00 cash deposit. Definitely not worth over 130.00. it's an 85.00 room at best..

I didn't like how they charged $50 CASH before they gave the magnetic key card or how the door closest to my room did not work with said $50 cash mag card nor how they refused to return my cash upon returning the magcard before the front desk went up to the room to "check it out". Good thing I wasn't running too late to where I was headed cause I did not expect the room to be physically "checked out" by front desk prior to my departure. Not one courtesy side note at check in either. A good "hey by the way, please allow us 10 minutes of your time before you check out so we may go into your room and inspect it before letting you go" would be very nice to some people. I'm from Houston, I've never seen or heard of something like this before. I've never stayed at a hotel like this one either, but I traveled with my father and step-family, and he paid for my room.

I liked the area around the location. I requested a 1st floor room, which was granted.

Having to give a 50 dollars deposit. The hot water was only warm. I had to stop by the front desk 5 times in 2 weeks because I could not get into the room with the magnetic card. The bed was too soft meaning the mattress was too old.

Room was small, bed was not comfortable at all. Half a roll of toilet paper, ran out in 2 days. No elevator!! You have to take the stairs and carry everything to your room. No coffee pot in the room. No breakfast is served. You can tell at one time in the lobby they used to serve breakfast when it was called Microtell Hotel. Whatever reason breakfast is no longer an option. Deposit must be paid in cash. No exceptions to that.

Close to home and good rate. Staff was pleasant. Room AC will freeze you out and I love the cold. Quiet and not a lot of noise.

As soon as I went to park their was people outside their cars with music playing didn’t feel comfortable,the rooms are super little I guess u get what u pay for their are not update it at all.As soon as as I got to the room I sat on the bed and it broke from the bottom so at that point I was frustrated so went back to office and requested my deposit back and left was not even their for a hour (I would like to see about getting my refund back please )

I called prior to booking and explained I was bringing a car trailer down and needed additional parking which was told was available but upon arrival there was not room and the attendant were diet leave the office to clarify where I could and couldn’t park, more or less just said figure it out and don’t get towed.

When we checked in they were sold out of standard rooms and upgraded us to a suite which was nice.
