We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was (NO HOT WATER) to take a shower Tuesday night, then I try to take a shower early Wednesday afternoon before graduation and still NO hot water. The telephone didn’t work so you had to use your cell phone if you had a question. No closet or counter space to but your clothes. No iron or ironing broad or even a dresser.
The breakfast was okay, would have expected more for the price of the room.

United StatesHonestly wish website would state when accommodations are unavailable such as pool and gym were unavailable until further notice and breakfast was limited as well. Paid over $1000 for family vacation and children were not even able to swim or get a decent breakfast which was listed on website at time of booking.

Walls are not sound proof. I was awakened by people talking in the other room at 2am and I can hear peoples steps in the ceiling.

United StatesOn sight laundry was really sad. Woke up at 7am to wash a very small load of clothes and took until 1pm for the dryer to somewhat dry the clothes. For as expensive this place was in such a secluded area, it was a huge let down and the breakfast was sad. laughable even.

United StatesThat I was able to book a room months after hurricane, but also months before my trip. And it was confirmed. But yet at 10 pm scrambling to find a hotel. Then pay over double what i had reserved for the hotel I booked.
First off the motel would have been great, if IT HAD BEEN OPEN. BEEN SHUT DOWN SINCE HURRICANE IDA 2021.
