TV cable is challenging to access. Press power button on remote and I get snowy screen. I troubleshooted and found out if I press channel down button then snow goes away after 4 seconds. Then, scroll to tv app but sometimes doesn’t work. Should just be able to press power, click Cable then voila.

The lifts to the Bar restaurant were confusing. nowhere to buy a cup of coffee from in hotel - coffee facilities in room were ok and Starbucks next door.

Room was excellent - view was amazing we received a free upgrade from Booking.com so it was a wonderful surprise.

Customer service. One gentleman was pretty good, the rest of the staff was on different levels of being rude. And VERY DIRTY windows. My wife wanted to take a bath but the switch from shower to bath tab didn't work.

The room was covered with dust - I had to clean all surfaces, tables, cups, glasses etc. At check in I was told that I would be charged a resort fee - I explained that this was included in my booking.com price & was told that I was wrong. Thinking that I must be mistaken, I went back upstairs to collect my confirmation. I came back downstairs & spoke to a different staff member, he also said that I would be charged the fee. I showed him the invoice, which lists a nightly resort fee & states 'this is the price you will pay' - he continued to insist that this was incorrect. He then got a manager who said the same. I again showed the invoice, highlighted the fee listed & the 'this is the price you will pay' part. Eventually, she printed a copy of the bill from their system which showed my price - so I had been right all along. A bit concerning that three reception staff, including a manger, didn't see to know how their charges work. Also a stressful start to the holiday for me. There is no restaurant, but there is a 'bar' area which is open limited hours. The fee should include $10 credit per day for this bar. We used it once and the price was reasonable. When we checked out we were not given a bill & instead told that the $150 per night deposit would be refunded to the card. I had to request a bill on my return home & was sent a copy of the invoice with MDNY as the message -nothing else; when I checked, I noticed that I had not been credited with the $10; I know it is only $10 but it is the principle. I emailed to enquire about this and was told that it would be sent to the appropriate department to be checked. Overall, unfortunately, the customer service across the board was poor in our experience.

The location is ideal for WTC area & for walking to DUMBO etc. Startbucks round the corner, and shopping centre across the road - very handy.

A couple issues with the elevator and door keys not working sometimes. Not a huge issue and staff were always helpful but they were the only negatives!

The bar downstairs is great, great downtown location, and consistent with comfort and service.

Although it is generally clean and well maintained, it could undergo renovation. Carpet stains and dirt on the walls is not something you want to look at on your vacation

Location is fabulous and the view from the room is priceless 🤩. Rooms are spatious and comfortable, elevators are fast, breakfast offer is excellent and room delivery was quick and reliable

Despite the fact that breakfast should be included in the price, approximately two days after checkout they charged money from my card without any invoice, notification, so we didn't know what they charged us for. After further investigation, we realized it was for breakfast, which should be included and fortunately the hotel issued a credit note and the money was returned to my account. But it could have been without these inconveniences...

Everything was good - the rooms, the staff, but be aware that even if the breakfast is included, there is no restaurant. You get dedicated amount of money for breakfast and you have two options how to spend it: 1. you can order in-room breakfast service or 2. spend the amount of money for breakfast in the lobby cafe.

It was built in the late 1990’s and needs an update. It was probably really nice when it was built but now is a bit dated. The carpets are sort of beige and there lots of 1990’s wood in the rooms. The pictures make it look a lot better than it is.

Location was good for central downtown, however all the major attractions were a good half an hour away.

Hotel rooms are a little older with signs of wear and tear. But very clean!

The location is great. You are well connected everywhere and can reach many sights on foot and the metro station is right in front of the hotel entrance.

The check in was very good the man at the desk was extremely professional. The breakfast was terribly overpriced and there should have been toiletries provided in the room- all they had was 1 bar of soap and a small tube of lotion

Personals at the front desk were not very nice. Hotel would need some restoration, old carpets, old bathrooms. Corridors are dirty carpets in the rooms old and had bubble gum in it. It was a must stay, quite expensive for the value.

Insufficient staff in Reception Counter and housekeeping. The elevator is extremely fast but everytime I feel very uncomfortable as it just like free falling. The lift car clashed with the lift shaft and the collision sound even transmitted into my room.

The location is excellent even I'mtraveling alone, there is PATH station and many subway stations nearby. Security is not bad as it's near the World Trade Centre and also the Wall Street. Restaurants surrounded with varieties to choose. The Brooklyn Bridge view in 47th floor is unforgettable and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
