I thought the check in staff could have been friendlier. Didn’t really feel welcomed.

Property has character. It’s a little bit rough around the edges, but the facilities, location and a complimentary shuttle bus every half hour more than make up for it. Shuttle bus takes you straight into town and into the action. Decent bar and pool area as well. And the beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were very outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. They are really in need of an upgrade. The cleaning staff was very friendly but unfortunately there was a language barrier, and we had a difficult time telling her to come back later.

The common areas were well kept and updated. The staff was nice, but there was only one person to check us in. We also enjoyed how soft the beds were. It was great for an overnight stay in Nashville.

The vanities in the rooms are too small, hardly any room to do make up and hair. Also, I asked several times for towels and toilet paper and I had to walk to the front desk that evening to get it myself. Housekeeping never delivered it. Bathrooms could use a remodel and maybe bigger refrigerators.

I liked the price and the location, the shuttle to Broad Street was awesome. The Pool area was nice and Maxwell's was convenient and the food was not bad but a bit over priced.

No smoke detector in room. No fridge. Shower was made for the height of a short short person. Shuttle driver was unpersonable.

We were delayed in New York and our Flight was cancelled. We have messaged the hotel numerous times as have booking. Com regarding getting a refund for the one night stay we didn’t manage to have due to flight cancellation. So instead of 3 nights we only got to stay 2 nights. So far neither ourselves or booking.com have had a response from the hotel.

Free shuttle to Broadway and location. Also very comfortable beds.

Close to downtown Nashville. Shuttle bus that takes you downtown and picks you up until 10:30pm. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

Could not get breakfast on Monday and Tuesday apparently due to staffing issues. On other days the breakfast was somewhat expensive and not of very good quality.

We didn't like the room size and there wasn't any refrigerator or microwave you had to rent those. We had to stay for 6 days for a pageant event and that would have been a nice thing to have in our room but paying extra for it? I don't think so. The rooms are run down and the bathroom was falling apart as well as the walls. I would not stay here again. Our phone did not work either.

We liked the decorations. The location wasn't that bad. The pool is nice. The ladies at the check in are very nice and helpful. Our AC was only blowing hot air and the nice maintenance guy came and fixed it right away. He made sure we had cold air

There were extra charges when we arrived. Wanted to charge 50.00 to check in at 145 pm. So we waited til after 3pm. Had to pay 50.00 for incidentals which they said would be refunded when we checked out but instead they said they would take the 21.00 room use charge out it. This was very disappointing.

There were no bugs!!! The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

No small fridge or microwave in room. Bathtub was tall and had the slide doors were hard for me to get in and out of. Very low pressure in shower. Breakfast was a fee of $15 per person and lounge really didn't have food. More bar snacks.

The location was good, the access to rooms was good. We weren’t really able to use facilities (pool, etc) due to weather and brief length of stay, but they looked nice.
