The rooms are tired and badly in need of an update. The color scheme and furniture are from another century and a good interior designer is needed to make changes. The air conditioning system made a strange noise which ruined my peace of mind at night. Not sure if it was a power generator on the roof or something internal to the building but it was annoying.

The location is great with easy access to Town Center and Publix.

The bathrooms needed updating, the mattress was uncomfortable and the road noises from the adjacent street were LOUD, it didn't seem that the windows/doors/walls muffled any of the road noise.

I like in general my stay but if I can share my recommendations, those are: pay more attention to clean the carpet in the corridor and in front of the rooms. It would be nice to have coffee to make and not only the filters. In other similar properties I found 3 coffee filters ready to go in the coffee machine for a 2 days stay. The bath instead of the shower is not the best option. When you are renovating the rooms maybe consider a Handheld Shower Head. The check-in experience this time was not good. It took ages and unfortunately it was late on December 31st. I think trainees should be not left alone

Mizner is the best place to stay in Weston thanks to the fantastic location at town center. The parking space is excellent, the size of the room is good and the rooms are well equipped

The pool was fun, but the towel situation was quite frankly not acceptable. Having towels at a pool, when you advertise that you have them, should NEVER be an issue. The staff was rude about it, and one was claiming she didn't speak any English and just wagged her finger at us. She would just put her arms up and shrug her shoulders. That may not be the right place for her if she can't even communicate with guests. If you are advertising that each guest can have 2 towels then there should be at least 2 towels for every chair/lounger in the pool area. It isn't acceptable at all when people are paying money and you want them to continue buying into the time shares. Our room was missing a baking pan, which would be a nice thing for the rooms to have. We had to go buy foil pans and throw them away at the end. We also didn't have any bedding for the pull out couch - just a waterproof mattress pad and a blanket and our sliding door barely opened and we didn't have a working screen for it.

Loved the location to the shops and dining/publix. The rooms had great space in them and because we were next to our friends in a suite, we loved that we could prop the doors open and have everyone go back and forth between the rooms. Loved being able to go to the bigger pool where the kids could have more fun, and playing bingo.

ONLY complaint was where our room was in the back by a busy road, but really it wasn't that loud at all. We sat out on the balcony often and it was very pleasant.

I loved the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff was helpful/friendly, everything worked, etc. etc.... location is fantastic. The pool and spa were great. ONLY cleanliness complaint was there was a gross paper towel sitting next to the pool for 2 days, weird because the pool area was really nice/clean/warm (heated pool!)

The room was right off a main road with lots of traffic noise. All windows were regular windows, so road noise was very high. During our stay there was a lot of renovations going on with noise until 05H00PM even on Saturdays! For two days we had to deal with the noise of a jackhammer in the room above us while they were removing tiles from the floor to replace them. The room was not as described. We rented a two-bedroom suite (A suite with 2 bedrooms). We were given two one-bedroom apartments. Staff was unwilling to change our room to accommodate our needs. All in all, it was one of the worse hotels stays ever.

Nice size room. Decent Internet. Good area to be staying close to I-75 and teh WESTON Town Center.

The shower walls were dirty they didn't clean them when the previous guest was gone, there were long hairs all over, pretty nasty, i tried to get some food nearby but everything was close, the walgreens across the street was full of people outside smoking marijay , not a family environment, the a/c was set on 69 I'm not a penguin, and it didn't let me set it up in a different temperature so y had to sleep with a window open hearing all night was was goin on at walgreens.

The room was not clean, there was hair and dirt on the floor and the floor was really sticky. There was a strange smell in the room that stuck to our clothes. We asked the reception to clean the floor, but the floor was not cleaned during our visit.
