Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe building was falling apart and even though requesting ground they put me upstairs when I can hardly walk well. The stairs were slanted and there were chunks missing from the upper sidewalk. Horrible.
I usually like motel 6 so to come to this one was a disappointment at best description.

USAAc and heater didn't work, no clean towels were ever given and then went to get some but told they had none to give us. Our fridge barely cooled and leaked all over the floor, toilet did not flush unless u opened the tank and stuck your hand in to flush manually, incorrect size bed ( requested one queen size but given two single. Floors and bedding were dirty. No working ice machine, property manager and staff were not willing to accommodate anything considering all issues. I was told too bad you get what you pay for. I am only having to stay in a motel like this due to our home was lost in a house fire in Feb and having a hard time getting back on our feet. Needed a place to rest and get out of the car for a bit but this was a disappointment with so many issues and them not being accommodating at all.

United StatesNo clean towels, fridge leaked all over floor, heater /a/c not working. Staff was not nice or willing to accommodate. Room was very dirty as far as the bedding and floors. I always clean myself and disinfectant plus bring my bedding so not a huge problem there but just gross. Also no ice machine worked on property.
The photos online and the location was fairly good for where I needed to be.
