Found old beer cans with liquid in them under the bathroom sink. Not enough towels in room. Very bare room.

The spa tub was amazing. The jets worked great. The bed was super comfortable.

The first room was not what I paid for and was missing the fridge and microwave, in addition it was not very clean. There was black hair in the bathroom, windows and the floors was dirty. I was not told that the owr deposit would take a few business days to get refunded. Not happy with that especially when I was not told about a $100 pet deposit until I was checking in. The other locations do not require a pet deposit. This hurt my budget if I knew there was a pet deposit of $100 and that it would take several days to get it refunded; I would have never booked at this location. They moved me to another room that had the fridge and microwave. This 2nd room was clean and we was not bothered.

What breakfast? How it was decorated was nice. Front desk staff was pleasant.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The shower was clean, but the toilet didn't look as good. There was much hair around, on the back of the toilet even, but mostly the carpet. My socks and slippers had a lot of hair stuck to them. A bit noisy with running trucks from stop adjacent to hotel.

That the supposedly renovated room was rushed the wall in the bathroom had a mud like run of paint. It looked rushed the bottom of the sink had a patch that was not covered completely you can still see the paste. It was rushed so they can rent it. You can see the crevices in the wall like they just paint over it. When I first checked in the guy at the front desk had a non chalant attitude about everything . Even when he came to check our room for the door not locking. He said you have to lift the door and it will lock and this is suppose to be an upgraded room. I had to check out the next day , I would’ve but the place I booked for the next day wasn’t until later. This is the first motel 6 that I have had a pretty much bad experience.

The lady that checked me out , she was probably the best of my experience. The gentleman name rajeskebar he was more about checking you in and upgrading a room that was renovated that looked like paint slapped on and new sheets and stuff. This was the worst ever.

Overall safety. Construction going on. Hand rail was not very sturdy and made it very difficult to get up and down the stairs. Elevator was sketchy at best and shook like crazy. Unfinished stucco is very sharp and jagged almost cut myself

The place was great. Location was good. But the renovations to stairs plus the elevator not working correctly made it hard to get up and down stairs. The rail is not safe and is really flexible. I almost fell because the hand rail was just not able to support anything as flimsy as it was. Beds are super comfortable. Room size was good. Tv worked fine. Shower and vanity very nice.

The fact the water was off till 2am and when it was back on there was no hot water so I didn't get to shower after working all day kinda sucked ..

The outside seemed to have a lot of sketchy activity and I was not comfortable to walk outside without some kind of protection.

The inside of the premium room is very comfortable and nice.

The property called me to see if I was planning on coming. I was surprised, I let them know yes we were coming. Asked why they were calling me, the employee stated they were full and wanted to sell the room if we weren't coming. Well we were going to be late because some unexpected things came up, I called back to let them know we were coming later than expected and they told me they couldn't guarantee my room. I asked why, did they need our payment now, they stated no. I got a very uneasy feeling about their communication. I looked for another possibility, all rooms were soldout, except for 1 at 475 a night! (My guess is they wanted to sell if for more than my prior reservation) i then called booking.com to see if they could explain why this was happening or speak to the property. They agreed to call the property. The booking.com agent stated the property agreed to hold my room. Then the property called one more time to say they would only hold our room till midnight. We made it, whew. Housekeeping didn't clean behind the bathroom door. When we arrived it was dirty and they cleaned on our stay over they missed it again. Plus the sink was not cleaned either time.

Room was remodeling and was nice. Close to I-15 which made our adventures very accessible! Dennys was close and a McDonald's, the outlaw saloon too. Very well located.

My room key unset every single day so every night for 3 nights I had to go to the front desk to get it reset. No apologies, no “it is fixed” . Lots of people standing outside at 10 pm smoking

The whole setup was shabby. The halls especially were dirty & ratty looking. Our booking unknown to us had 2 rooms, a “living room” & bedroom. They would have been nice but the couch didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it & the carpet was sad looking - just didn’t feel clean in there. Surprisingly the toilet was the nicest one on our whole trip, & the shower felt really good. Also the sink counter, mirror, & light were very nice. And the bed was very comfortable. The flooring just needs replacing & the couch needs a good cleaning.

Price jumped once we arrived and checked in. Rooms were in the middle of being remodeled, but not finished. probably shouldn’t be rented out during process. I had an uncovered light switch in the bathroom which is a potential hazard, I’m guessing against building codes, as well as other issues. Location is horrible with a truck stop connected to the motel with constant traffic and what looks like an old hotel that is being used as a shelter for homeless and transients that wandered the parking lot all night.

It was advertised as most inexpensive option in the area for last minute booking. also in process of being remodeled, which will be an improvement when finished.

late at at night a guy was pounding on the door said he was looking for the Allen's that the person at the desk said what room we were in. NO WAY SHOULD THEY HAVE DONE THAT. we had to ask for the maid to come mop the floor it was sticky to walk on.

The rooms was not getting fix up they had damaged him the the coat rack is hanging off and there's Dan fridge the toilet seat was half busted shower vacuum is coming off at the bottom the six said your stuff and the lamps was dirty and just wasn't getting really good cleaning on it but the lady was good on keeping the trash empty so but yeah they just need to keep up on them there's a lot of busted windows I had tape wrap around them and it just didn't look too good from the outside

Noisy location, outside is run down but maybe renovating? Card key door lock didn’t work, couldn’t lock door when leaving room. Staff said it could be fixed in am. As a solo traveler I had to risk leaving door cracked open to go downstairs around the side to my car to bring my belongings inside. elevator didn’t work, didn’t feel safe at all and too expensive for the quality, but after 14 hours driving and just passing through, what can you do?!

The room was clean, the only good thing I can say about my experience.
