Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe fact that both nights we were there people got into horrible arguments in the hallway. The first night my son and I woke up at 2 in the morning to the screaming of this couple - the language was horrific. On the second night the same thing happened, this time I called the front desk and it stopped for about 15 minutes and then it started a gain. Both days we had to get up at 6am and we were exhausted because of that nonsense. The first night those people were arguing for over 30 minutes. You should have better cameras or something to handle this nonsense.

United StatesIt's a good location, reasonable price. The rooms are a little 'worn' looking, especially the bathroom. The tub looked like it had an issue which they tried to patch. But the location, for me, was perfect & the room was quiet, no outside traffic or noise could be heard in the room.

United StatesThe standards of cleanliness have deteriorated. The floor was dirty. The bathroom curtain was oversized it covered the inside side of the tub, plus part of the bottom of the tub. The solution was to keep the curtain outside the tub of course the floor got wet! This situation was horrible. My time was limited I had no time to deal with the staff to correct these situations I had spoken with a member of the staff prior to my arrival, and had emphasized that the room should be very clean. The response was of course it will be clean. For future trips, I will search other facilities.
I had used this facility previously and decided to comeback. The location is very convenient for me.

United StatesNo maid service, for 3 days.No clean towels.No tissues. No small bottles of shampoo, cream rinse. Very small bars (2) of soap. No refrigerator, No microwave.Vent over the toilet dirty. Bathroom door didn’t close. Couldn’t find a ice machine. And one night, 3:30AM, very loud yelling, sounded as if was coming from one of the adjoining rooms. Had to go to Walmart for body wash, tissues, shampoo and cream rinse.
Didn’t have breakfast. Lobby was closed, except for a small window in a door to the left of the lobby. For checking in and out.

United StatesLocated right next door to a bar which was very loud late into the evening, and there were quite a few drunk people just wondering the parking lot arguing with each other or themselves. Bumping into people's vehicles. Which made the 45 minute wait outside in a long line to check in even more irritating.
