Upon arrival the doors were locked. I think that is a great security measure. However, we arrived about 11 pm because were were coming from an evening football game in Knoxville 3 hrs away. It would have been nice to have been notified by email or notice on website prior to arrival that doors could be locked and you needed to have the company app downloaded and an account set up so you can pull reservation info up to be able to gain entry for check in. The notice is on the door but when you are standing there with your luggage and hands full it is really an inconvenience. Especially if there is not a good service signal to download. Also trying to call is out of the question unless you can find a phone number on the internet. That could be posted on door so you can call to alert staff you need in. Luckily the attendant saw us out front before I had to go through the whole process of downloading the app and setting up an account. The other thing is they did send out an email notice that due to CDC guidelines for Covid, mask were required at their location and all locations. I get safety measures and all but CDC guidelines are stating you have to or should wear a mask at that time or even now. If it is your policy that is one thing but don't say CDC guidelines for Covid.

Close to the airport. Rooms are comfortable. Have stayed here in the past. This is our go to when we have an early morning flight and need a place to stay. We live an hour away from airport and this is just convenient. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Everything about the hotel was great however our bathroom was still very dirty. There was hair in the shower and stains in the toilet bowl. Also, one of the beds in the room was slightly tilted, almost like one side was broken or sinking which made you feel like you were sleeping on a slope. Also, I understand that it was hot outside but the room was set at 66 degrees and took forever to warm up

Easy check in, friendly staff, good breakfast, although, I wish there were more/ different pastries. Lots of savory options but not a lot of sweet options for breakfast.very quiet area, not noise problems.

Me and friend brought our families to Nashville for the weekend. We booked at the exact same time and when we checked out his bill was $70 less than mine and they had no explanation as to why. We booked the exact same room at the exact same time. I’ve called several times and no one will help me

Fact of NOT being able to SWIM past 10:00pm in the indoor POOL!!!!! Please work on this being changed! Then to have to pay your incidentals by cash, so that you won't have to bear a 3-5 days wait for the money to be returned back to my card!!!😔 Also, not having regular bacon at times during breakfast, rather than heavy pork pattie biscuits on a regular!!! Thx u much

The room bathroom door did not shut, the couch had stains, the lack of television channel options,some of the staff was not super friendly, and the hot water didn’t stay hot very long…

I liked the indoor pool option, the breakfast lay out, and the convenience of the location to the highway.

The room was a handicap room and I didn’t ask for that. There weren’t any bath towels in my room because they ran out. It was a holiday and they should’ve prepared for that.

I enjoyed the location and the property was nice and well kept.

The staff!!! Absolutely wonderful and helpful and understanding during those canceled flights, stuck out of home, half way to the vacation spot with a family. Just fantastic. And there was lovely complimentary breakfast offered in the morning. I’d support this place and its people again.

The price was good..the rooms were good.. only thing i have to say is the beds could be cleaned a little better there was cereal on the bed skirt by the headboard it was kinda dirty under the mattress i know that shouldnt matter but ppl do check those places

They where testing the fire alarms when I went and I was traveling with my 6 month old daughter. So trying to get her to nap was very difficult. I also would have appreciated being told about the testing by the lady working at the desk when I checked in. They had a sign on the door but it was so long I didn't read the whole thing and it really freaked me out.

The room was beautiful and clean. It had a lovely kitchen and I really appreciated the full sized fridge. The breakfast was really good too, with healthier options. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful.
