Price quality it was a really great hotel. The staff was very friendly and our room was cleaned every day. It is only three subway stops from Manhattan. Being genius level two we had a free taxi from JFK to the hotel ourselves. The room was not super big but certainly sufficient for two people.

random beeping or mouse noises came on at random times throughout the night so literally I couldn't sleep. Everything else was perfect except the beeping noises which was nonstop and random. I would give a 9 or 10/10 if the noises didn't come on randomly and disrupted my sleep.

Unfortunately, they gave the balcony room I reserved away, so when I checked in I was put in a 150 sq ft room with a window that didn't open, and I'm terribly claustrophobic. I was in tears. But I booked with a non-refundable rate. They changed my room the next day, but I had to wait an additional hour and a half for it to be ready, and after they agreed to move my belongings over the phone they stated they couldn't do that, I had to go back to the hotel and move my suitcase.They called my room at 11:05 to let me know I was late checking out though. Over 2 months and countless hours of phone calls with booking.com, I finally got a refund of 91 dollars today. Also, no coffee in the room... Chock full of nuts gets made in the morning and sits all day in the lobby. But they have powdered creamer, which is a bonus. Also some kind of center around the corner, saw people lined up on Saturday, a few fights across the street.

Balcony room was great, view is amazing! Drag a chair out there though. Room was really clean. Street parking nearby, great restaurants. Close walk to subway station, stores, Dunkin donuts, coffee shop, bakery.

Stay away. I booked one night because my flight was cancelled. The hotel did not returned my security deposit 100 USD even one month after the check out. Instead of blocking the amount, they made a direct payment at my credit card. They wait who does not realise they do not return deposit? Disgusting.

3 minutes walk from Dutch Kills subway on N and W line to Manhattan centre. Met 4 different staff, all really friendly Comfortable clean room, efficient air conditioning and shower. Nice toiletries and large bin. Fast lift Pleasant facilities outdoors to eat own food. Tea and coffee making facilities much appreciated Nearby pub was also great

Cleanliness was a big issue, there was a big rip in the curtains, the tv remote control wasn't working initially and the carpet wasn't that clean.

It’s a cute little boutique style hotel, really close to the subway and easily accessible. The staff was great. They let us store our things in the morning while we went off to enjoy the city and came back that evening to check in. They were so accommodating and help us get a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The building is old and the room has the carpet and the mirror irreparably stained. One day we had no shower gel. The day after they took away a shower towel (they were on the hanger and we didn't asked a change) so we had to share one (it was too late in the night to go down at the reception), only the third day there was all
