The parking was difficult. Snow was not cleared, walk way was slippery .no signs to show where parking spots were located and not clearly marked so cars parked in all directions not leaving much space The breakfast was made to order, long line and staff seemed stressed

the floors are very hallow and the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone around you walking around which can get very loud but usually stops around 10 pm

The parking lot should be upgraded to drain the giant ponds (puddles). Graded/ pitched pavement or culverts.

The rooms are good sized, not cramped. We have stayed before, in 2019. Sausage scramble egg was a nice breakfast. There were only one size of paper cup for coffee. Why not one size larger as well? No allergens in the room! Both of use have dust mite allergies that are often triggered. Hot tub is very clean and the right temp. Sauna is well-documented, warm enough, and very comfortable. Pool is *super* clean and doesn't reek of chlorine!

- water from the shower didn’t drain out…waded through ankle deep milky water as I showered. - water from faucets took literally five minutes to warm up. - very thin walls. - no microwave. - security cameras are all over the property..gave an uneasy distrustful vibe. - met the whole family at the front desk and nary a smile nor a welcome from anyone as I entered.

Room could use coffee maker. TV did not work well, could not get all channels due to slow streaming. Bathroom needed more counter/vanity space. Hot water took a long time to come on.

Location was excellent close to mountain, access to bus, convenient parking. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Facility was clean. Breakfast was convenient.

Breakfasts were a bit bland. Real oatmeal vs instant would be a big improvement, Fruit choices like bananas and apples or fruit salad vs just apples. Not to sure what the little thing called a scone is but that is not a scone. Breakfast staff were nice.

The hotel was quite dated, tv noise could be heard from next door rooms. Breakfast was in 'grab & go' bags - very basic. Perfectly adequate for our two night stay but wouldn't choose it for a longer stay

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the area around Mount Mansfield, it was a little further out from the main town. At check-in the receptionist was super-helpful & gave us lots of local information to help us plan our stay. Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Laundry facilities available

A couple of other options at breakfast, particularly something hot but not egg, such as sausages alone, would have been nice. But there were oatmeal and granola options which were really nice.

Friendly staff and great facilities including indoor pool, outdoor pool for summer, sauna and hot tub. Good breakfast. Great location.
