You could not run 2 hot showers at the same time though there were 2 full bathrooms. Duvet cover had not been washed as shown by a blood stain that had not been cleaned.

1. Had no idea we needed to pickup keys offsite. There was no info in any of the literature we received or on the property itself that indicated we needed to go to the property management office (which was several blocks offsite. Also, when we called the number of the management office, we were prompted for a PIN. We NEVER got through via phone. 2. The morning after we arrived we reported the television is the main bedroom was not working properly. We went straight to the property management office to provide this info. The day before we left, I contacted that office again since we had no response. The TV never worked in that room. 3. Considering the price of the property, we were not happy that we were required to strip the beds and gather the linens and towels. There was an added fee if we did not do this.

The extra pillows and sheets / towels had stains. The coffee pot had mold and sludge in the bottom of the coffee maker. We had to thoroughly clean it.

Elevator needs work and filters cleaned. Not enough carts to load belongings to take to top floor. Beds in secondary room were broken.

Bath towels were not clean, but we brought our own. Furnitures were outdated. Some need to be replaced. The beds are not comfortable. They make so much noise.

The location was perfect. 50 steps from the beach. Nice views. It was clean. If you are going to cook, everything is there waiting for you.

Please put in listing that check in is at another location down the road behind delmarva bank. Please list that the indoor pool is in the adjacent Waves condo building. Bed was hard...it wasnt bad, we are use to softer at home.

We loved the interior of 201. Simply coastal and nicely cleaned. Fresh. Proximity to the beach with a one block walk, and our balcony on the end gave us not only great sea breezes but also a pretty view of the ocean. Appliances were very clean, easy to use, tv, fireplaces and central air worked percectly. Our family would 100% come back for another stay!

The view was blocked by a partition, the socket in the 2nd bedroom was missing a cover, the mirror in living room was cracked, guest closet had a cracked wall, All the vents were filled with dirt & grimy.

The apartment size was fine. it was clean. A few items were worn & in need of repair. For the most part over looking the items needing repair our stay was very pleasant. It was quite, all the appliances worked.

The management company could of been a little more friendlier. I work for a management company and the interaction with them was below expectation especially, when they are the first people you see when you arrive.

Check in was 4 and we had to wait 20 mins after because they were still cleaning the room. Then looked like they rushed and didn't to a real good job.

Room layout is great. This is our 2nd year and 2nd time in corner room. Love how close you are to the beach and DE. Great area to walk in the morning. Lots of room on the beach. Quiet at night. Pool is good for when it rains or in the evening.

The pool was in another building across the parking lot. The condo was not as clean as it could have been. We had to remove caution tape to get to our room. The place was ok, we didn't spend alot of time there.

Just about everything our dish washer leaked sink leaked had to have a pot underneath it to catch water. Dryer didnt dry clothes the a/c unit leaked to downstair apartment sliding doors to balcony kept falling off track

When it came to the dislikes of this property, there were a lot. First off right as we walked into the place the floors where all crumby and sandy. I understand it’s next to a beach but the floors still need to be vacuumed or sweeped. the kitchen had pieces of food everywhere and the fridge was dirty and full of little strands of hair. in the bedrooms there were candy wrappers in the drawers and under the bed. the living room was fine until my baby was crawling and i found a huge handful of hair in her hand. very disappointed and disgusted. on top of all of that, we found out the place was mice infested. when we looked under the sink, there where mice droppings everywhere.

We liked how the property was very close to the beach, about a 3-4 minute walk. we also liked how the unit offered a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
