The room was gross…the bedsheets had weird color stains on them. The bathroom was not swept at all before we came. The walls had drip marks down them and the counters were not clean. There was a pile of tobacco beside my bed and butts from marijuana cigars.

The location was PERFECT! We also loved the pretty courtyard and the staff was so nice

Sadly the room was really dirty, literally had a half-smoked cigarette on the side of the sink and a mouse running about in the bathroom. Beds were made and towels neatly folded but the whole place smelled of stale cigarettes.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is great- 10 mins walk from Frenchmans Street but lovely and quiet so when you're ready to escape the crowds you're quickly and safely home.

One thing I can say I didn't like was the cockroaches the room I had. I seen one cockroach but that's okay. I understand how New Orleans living is. Overall the one was fine. Another problem was the fire alarm kept chirping all night to even replace batteries. Staff was good with towels, communication and everything of that sort. It was a good stay in a nice room

I love the decor outside and how it looked with the Mardi gras theme. It was very nice and colorful. Me and my family stayed here this weekend and it was beautiful I was worried about my car. Didn't have to worry. Parking was easy on the street. Didn't have to worry about anybody breaking it to my car. The people around were friendly and everyone spoke. I often come to New Orleans to hang in this area and I was completely satisfied. I can say I will stay again

Room was not clean, floors dirty. Shower handle fell on my leg and took a couple of days to get it fixed. It rained very hard the first night we arrived, water came thru the window and bed got wet. The second night a mouse was in our room. Very upsetting.

I understand that the best part about this place is it’s old time charm, but a few repairs wouldn’t hurt. It doesn’t have any parking which is really difficult in New Orleans.

Not much soundproofing, so we could near our neighbours talking outside and inside their rooms. the amenities and room was also a bit outdated.

Staff was super friendly and helped us check in and feel comfortable the night of a bad storm. The location was good and it was a good deal on the room.

I wifi was weak. So that didn't work. The shower knob came off while in the shower. Luckily I was able to put it back on. The bed squeaked with ever minor move.

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were some cleanliness issues with hairs and debris on the bathroom floors and in the shower.

The location was fantastic, the value was great and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

It smell awful, smoke, weed, and just stagnant air. It was also extremely hot. The unit was on but almost impossible to sleep due to it not cooling the room down at all.

the rooms were dirty. linens, clearly laundered however no bleach used. both sheets and towels had stains all over. it looked as though they we're fixing other rooms,paint and flooring. perhaps the room I had was next on the list. also need to get the little refrigerator off the floor. need a table or cabinet. a few roaches but that's New Orleans.

location is excellent. close to frenchmen st, FQ, a good grocery store and Starbucks. Melbas is close as well. super cute property- many buildings. very very dog friendly ❤️ good vending machine and outdoor area to make new friends. its a lovely place.
