- the customer service from the morning staff is awful, the woman did not even looked at me to my face such a rude person not explained anything and she was mad just because I have arrived and check in earlier as she expected. - the smell of the hotel is disgusting, awful place to stay. - old air conditioning - they asked me for a deposit and also money for check in early, money for the booking I end up paying more than a 4 stars hotel room. am still waiting for my deposit to come trough, have no idea if are going to pay me or just take my money.

The facilities are either outdated or not functioning properly. The Tv remote cover is broken and hasn't been replaced. The toilet water closet didn't flush properly. There was only one trash can provided and it is in the toilet.

The AC in my room made so much noise impossible to get some sleep and that was why I stayed there, I needed to sleep after a 16 hour drive.

The gym area was not open while we were vaccinated. Our rooms was not clean at all. We found hairs in the shower room and air conditionning broken.

A lady advised us to take one cab . We could go to our hotel but we paid around 20 dollars. The taxi from the hotel was just 5 dollars. I think could be nice if the hotel can introduce a taxi service in booking.com

No continental breakfast the next morning, but understandable because the hotel was probably short staffed.

The check-in girl was very nice. The shuttle driver was nice and accomadating. The hotel was clean.

It was a chilly night in Houston when I stayed there and the room fan/heater was a little noisy. Once the room was warm enough I turned the thermostat down and it was fine.

I needed a room close to IAH for a next day flight. My stay was overnight, less than 24 hours and perfect for what I needed. Timing worked well to visit the neighboring strip mall to get food and drink.

The bed was a little more soft than I was expecting. However, it was very comfortable as I was able to sleep solid ! The toilet was a little too low, I had a difficult time getting up or sitting down. There was a broken window that might have caused someone to get hurt if the pieces were not contained inside the window tinting sheet !!

Front desk associate was very helpful and friendly! She was very professional and Respectful, and has a very GENUINELY HONEST AND TRUE SMILE!! I will stay there again if I need to. Most definitely will recommend this establishment and front desk associate to everyone!! Bless Y’all and MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!🎅🏻🤶🏻🎁🎊. Reception should improve their customer service. When cleaning a room, furniture and other utilities should be verified and checked. It is unbelievable to find an "office chair" broken that may make you fall if used and bed light with the wire cut (without a plug) not functioning. Last time we asked for an extra chair. Suposely if room for two people should have two but never was granted to us, second time, just for one night stay we did not insist...

Well, well, not too bad for a night or two nights stay.
