It might have been because they were booked up but the room wasn't all that clean and for the first night we didn't have a shower head.

Something wrong with the TV. It kept shutting off and it never really worked for long . Loud people above and in the parking lot .

The first room they showed us was awful, I insisted on a new room. The outside of the building is in awful shape, paint peeling and under the overhang plaster or whatever falling off.

Only had a cup of coffee, it was good.

The room did have a smell of urine, a dog or a cat. Although the booking was made on Booking.com when we arrived they did not have our booking and said this was not unusual. We had to then request a refund from Booking and a cancellation to get a refund. The TV did not work but the staff came and eventually fixed it. It wasn't that clean, no breakfast but there was coffee.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location was good right off the freeway.

My bed linen ws used. The first night I opened my bed. I ws really upset and front desk didn’t have new linen to replace. Room wasn’t dusted or vacuumed till I requested it the first night. Next, I really didn’t appreciate the ac unit being turned off every day I came back in the evenings. i ws there for work. My stay ws eat sleep and work. Just needed to relax comfortably when I walk in.

There was no breakfast and the property is situated so we had park a ways from our room. Outdoor pool only.

It was comfortable enough and clean. For just a place to stop for the night, it was ok.

Room could have been cleaner. Had a funny smell. The whole motel needs to be updated. We had to ask for towels when we checked in.The cost of the room was too high for what we got, even though the quilt show was there.

The lock on our door did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be lubricated or replaced, it would keep you away if it was running. This place is a good value and with a bit of attention and money well spent, it could be so much better. Because of the lower costs of the rooms, it does attract people who don't respect other people sleeping at 3AM and make total messes of the place.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is to die for being centrally located to everything. With a litter bit of attention, it would be a better place.

No breakfast was offered (we knew this) but they had fruit, granola bars and coffee available. Was nicely surprised that there was a small refrigerator/freezer in room (& freezer worked really well).

The floor looked clean but our feet turned black if walking around bare foot. Pillows were really flat. Leak in the ceiling had bubbled it. The faucet would not turn all the way off and the outlet didn't work in the bathroom. No coffee pot and no hair dryer. Not much for breakfast either. So $200 a night was pretty steep for this facility. Even in quilt week.

The floors were very dirty. Feet had to be washed before getting into bed after taking a shower and in the morning before putting on shoes. There were dust balls under the bed. There was no dresser to put things on nor a vanity in the bathroom by the sink to lay toiletries on. The second night they didn't even make the bed. Had to ask for another set of towels the first night and got an attitude from the front desk lady. When we were checking out I told the manager about the condition of the dirty floors and he snapped, No one else complained. The ladies next door to us told us how dirty their room was. No one told management. The ceiling in the main room over the doorway to the bathroom was bubbling and parts had fallen down.

The hotel was convenient to all locations. The bed was comfortable

As other reviews said they only had 2 towels for 4 people. we had to ask for more and were given 2 more. we also had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper for our 2 day stay. the curtains didn’t cover the window. It let a lot of light in while trying to sleep and we felt like people could see in easily. We tried to fix the problem as good as we could with a hand towel and a hair clip and the chair to hold it in place.

the property was in a convenient location across from the mall and close to many restaurants and places to shop. the beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. it had a nice size fridge and a microwave. The person checking us in was friendly and check in was fast. Room smelled clean and didn’t have carpet which was probably cleaner.
