Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI would’ve liked the sheets to be cleaner, had a couple stains. Not dirty just a light stain. I called 2x to from desk trying to locate the entry through the parking garage. I’d suggest a bigger sign or an extra sign closest to the entrance of garage with arrow. The male on duty never once said that the entrance through the garage is closed from 12am-6am. So my boyfriend walked a VERY long route just to turn around and have to walk out of the parking garage, to the front. (He just tore a ligament in his ankle.) I suggest the front desk tell ppl ahead that they have to come through the front from 12-6 or put it on the front door, instead of JUST the garage door entrance (bc tht was quite a walk, felt unsafe as is bc we were so late getting in, while in a confusing parking lot.

Loved the location- walking distance to some stores, restaurants, and the park. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to train (couple of blocks), which we took from airport and back. Ubered to the arch. Great for those coming to Med Center- really easy access, and I believe all the rooms may be disability accessible.

Love the DoubleTree chocolate chip cookies! Quick, cordial checkin and no checkout needed. Comfortable king bed in a room with a nice view of the street. Glad I chose the view; rooms on the other side of the hotel faced the parking garage jut a few feet away.

The all day warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were great. Whole Foods at easy walking distance was a savings too.
