Service at dinner could have been better and the refrigerator didn’t work in the room, plus there was mold on the shower and the room didn’t smell right. Had to shorten our stay. Spent the Monday night there. Spend Tuesday night away at another hotel and then spent Wednesday night and checked out Thursday. I would not stay there again

The bathrooms had hair or dirt in corners which was noticeable & I wasn’t sure if sheets were clean (saw other hair that wasn’t mine on them). Please improve in this area.

The shower had quite a bit of moldy looking debris caught up in the plastic at the bottom of the shower door. I can only assume that attention isn’t paid to address that. I found a prior guest’s hair product splatters on the shower wall. I left it to see if the cleaners caught it the next day but they hadn’t. If the showers were cleaned properly the residue wouldn’t have been there . The toliet had unsightly build up at the bowl drain, which was quite motile when you approach the toliet. This is a maintenance issue.

Each day there was something not right. One day I found an apple that was clearly rotting. I set it out of the bowl for the attendants only to find it back in the bowl the next day. A couple of days I could not find anyone to refill the waffle batter, and had to remind them to put out the coffee. I never saw anyone cleaning tables for future guests. There were children coughing on the food trays. I think if there had been a presence in the serving area folks would be more mindful.

Great environment. The staff made us feel welcome since we entered. Very clean hotel! Clean room and restroom! Comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and with a lot of varieties. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the bar in the evening.

I was helped by the front desk the woman's name was jazz my phone crashed and I couldn't get any thing so I contacted her she personally helped me get to the hotel and got me checked in immediately and was so courteous and polite thank you very much Jazz

I chose to pay for fast internet but often got no internet connection in my room.

Breakfast was very good. Well prepared and tasty. Nice offering. Loved the layout and size of my room. Bed was comfy. Nice pillow options. Pool was also very nice.

Narrow room where beds were.

Quiet, parking in close, safe for two single women, located close to freeway access so very convenient and close to where we were meeting with others for dinner. It was clean, quiet, had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Friendly service at the front desk! Complimentary breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

The ease of checking in, the genuine nature of your staff to accommodate even the smallest requests, the facility was in top shape as well. Ten plus, plus in my opinion I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel and actually relaxed and enjoyed myself. Very relaxing.

Everything was good!

The moment we entered the lobby staff greeted us they were friendly and even joked with our kids. We are a family of 5, and although they were training a young man I think, he checked us in. They offered us a list of places to do. Everything was very clean, and the continental/complementary breakfast was very good, it was more then we thought, a good variety and very clean. Thank you for a good experience. The location was perfect!

There were no rooms available when I arrived and had to wait to check in. Unfortunately, the bar doesn't open until 4 pm. Check in is at 3 pm. There isn't much else to do while waiting to check in.

The location was very easy to find, easily accessible from the freeway.
