Only that we couldn’t stay longer!

The location was perfect… on the lake with boat launch, outdoor patio, beach, onsite bar & restaurant. It was quiet (we were there off-peak), clean & comfortable. Our room included a kitchenette & fireplace. The rooms are all lake-facing. Dogs are welcome! The best costumer service I’ve experienced in a very long time - The front desk staff went over & above. The service in the restaurant was great with our group as well.

I sign in front of building the building were to check in at would be nice. I really would have liked a print out of my bill. Or emailed to me right away. Also showed we had a jacuzzi tub in our room and there was not.

Everything was good but would be nice to have pool and sauna and hot tub open till 10pm not 8pm and if restaurant would be open every night. We were resort owners and these are the things I suggest and would think could improve it.

I really wish the bar/resturant had been open it was our 5th anniversary and it drastically changed our night by not being open. Pretty annoying but not a trip ruined.

Every staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked. One thing we were missing was quickly provided. The activity center was a fun place to spend a bit of time. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an issue with the wait staff at the restaurant, which we addressed with the manager the next morning.

The outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot was amazing in December! The sauna is very large as well. Views of the lake were beautiful. The live music at the bar was exceptional! We also really enjoyed the games in the arcade.

We were in a room above the band that was playing. Fortunately they stopped so it did not effect our sleep time.

We had excellent food in the restaurant. The walleye was the best I have had. My daughter’s steak was very good too.

Beautiful lake view from rooms that were clean and comfortable. Bath towels were larger than the standard you get in most places. Friendly staff, enjoyed the convenient on-site dining, and the live music was great. Nice swimming beach for the kids. Had a great time.

The location right on the shore water’s edge of Gull Lake is outstanding. The private balconies overlooking the lake, the fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs in the rooms are terrific amenities. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The rooms are amazing. Some resorts in the area are outdated, but Quarterdeck is very clean and modern. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub in the room made our stay amazing. Beautiful lake front views from the room and balcony. Staff were very inviting and helpful. Beachfront chairs and tables with built in fire pits for the guests. The attached restaurant had great food and live music. They have elevator access to all 3 floors which was important to us because my wife uses a wheelchair. Nice gift shop, free coffee area, and a vending area that is paid with the honor system. That alone made it feel more like a family run resort, than a business. They are building a whole new area with a pool and tons of amenities. Very excited to come back next year and enjoy the new additions. We stay in this area a few times a year, and we’ve stayed at 5-6 other resorts. This is by far our favorite and we will definitely be booking our stays here from now on.

Beautiful location on Gull Lake. The views from our balcony were amazing. Clean beach, nice lawn furniture, fire pits & beautiful landscaping. Our room was clean, updated and so comfy.
