Advertised breakfast but all they had was yogurt, juice, muffins, fruit and granola bars. Suggest they add cereal and milk.

Location was good, walking distance from downtown. Room was very nice. Great breakfast restaurant and grocery store nearby. Coffee available all day in lobby.

Parking wasn't marked for hotel and we arrived on 4th July so there were non hotel guests parked in our spots. There were few power plugs in bedroom.

Location was amazing, little one bedroom unit had everything we needed. We only stayed one night, but would be great for a longer stay with its full kitchen and separate living room.

Location a plus, staff friendly but room was disappointing.

Our room in general could have been better - one of beds exceptionally soft - ( needs a new mattress) the AC unit leaked — floor was soaking wet and was never fixed - staff temporarily fixed it by putting down towels — cloth luggage got wet and items inside were wet. - considering there is no closet in that room - items remained damp . This was very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly, location was good and grab and go breakfast was good( muffins excellent). The hotel was accommodating giving us room on first floor as we were traveling with someone unable to do major steps.

our room was overlooking the parking lot, and the bathroom tub was cheap and sink leaked. but I was grateful we could fit our family of 5. didn’t love the $20/night fee for the rollaway bed.

great location, nice staff, some breakfast items in the lobby in the morning

Better Wi-Fi, it didn’t really work in the bedroom

The little fig definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect because it is only a few blocks from the main tourist streets but quiet at night because it has a few blocks away. It is also very close to walk to the water. I also love that there was a kitchen in the room which I must have missed when I booked it but was a pleasant surprise.

The bathtub is dirty with splotchy moist brown spots. General sense of wear.

Excellent location. Within few minutes walk of town attractions. Adjacent free parking in town with limited parking. Room we had was large. Decently furnished. Comfortable. All in all, a good value basic place to stay in a town where in October the Hampton Inn cost mid $300 And bed-and-breakfasts closer to $400 or more. For its basic comfort, price and location this is a very good place to stay

Rustic clapboard Inn. The building fit my vision of a classic New England Inn.

Dangerous step down from bedroom to bathroom. Night light may have helped. Musty smell in room. We bought air sanitizer spray. Access to doors confusing.

    silly but..the pillows..that's it!

The room was very clean and spacious, also very quiet; the woman at the front desk was great..very personable and helpful! And the location was perfect! I loved that we could park the car and walk a short distance into town. There was also a great breakfast place across the street from the Inn.
